Lots of amenities, lushly landscaped, lots of sitting areas and areas with shade. Pool toys provided. Water provided for human guests and water bowl for dogs. Hot shower available for rinsing off. Bring your best friend(s) for lots of water fun! NOTE: First two human guests are included in the per-hour fee. Each additional guest must be added as an individual extra. For example, if there are four humans total, add a 3rd Guest extra and a 4th Guest extra.

JJ's Bark Park and Pool in the West Valley

A rustic, ranch terrain private 2 lot backyard with a pool, zipline (150 LB limit PLEASE), treehouse, foosball, croquet and trampoline. The fun dogs really love the trampoline. Many venture into the treehouse. Chasing a kid down the zipline is very exciting. Beware of mole holes and where dogs have dug up the yard. Again, rustic! Lots of dirt and unlevel terrain, so flip flops are for the pool area only. Wear shoes if you’re venturing into the yard, easement, treehouse, and unbuildable yard up the hill. Water bowl is by the hose. Please refill them for the next guests. Feel free to hose down the pooches if necessary. It gets hot and dusty! Some of them like drinking from the hose which is fine, just try to aim it away from dirt areas so there’s less mud baths for those crazy dogs to roll around in please. This family loves dogs, and we just lost one of our own and often board other dogs. They may be jealous and bark to let us know they want to play or they’re warning us there’s someone in “their” yard. If you don’t like barking, don’t come here. Our neighbors dogs bark too. Pending your arrival and leave time there may be other dog poop that we haven’t been able to get to or other sniffspotters missed, so just get your own doggies poop if you can catch it. Pay it forward if you notice one someone may have missed. It happens. We have a bucket and poop grabber available. Just leave it in there. We’ll take care of it. If you insist on using your own bags, please only use disposable environmentally safe ones as this area has been zoned for composters and all poop bags and poop go in the green bin in the driveway. If they aren’t the biodegradable kind, please take your poop bags with you. There is a yellow pitcher for the boy dogs who love to pee on things. IF you catch them peeing on the chairs, perhaps you could help yourself and other guests not to smell it by filling that pitcher with pool water and pouring it onto the marked territory. Thanks! You will find various remnants and maybe even newer toys strewn across the yard. They’re there to be enjoyed by all the doggies. The pool is for the dogs and you too! Bring your towels and swimsuit. Bring a friend or two, no extra charge. Safety in numbers. We want this space to be used by others at a reasonable rate financially and good time investment. So please, please clean up after yourselves, so we don’t have to hire someone to be on staff to clean up and raise the rate or shut this thing down. This includes skimming the dog fur off the top of the water, removing debris you dragged in, and reconnecting the pool sweep if you or your dogs disconnected it. Play and swim at your own risk. If you have any questions about anything, please ask. There is lots of seating to watch the pool activity if you have that lab that needs pretend they’re at the lake. Ask Alexa (in a red lantern next to the door by the tiki bar)to play whatever music you want. Picnic at the fire table or on the back deck. If ya find a table dusty, some rags and windex are at the tiki bar. If you spill something, please clean it up for the next guest. IF YOUR DOGS ARE USING THE POOL, YOU ARE EXPECTED TO CLEAN UP THE FUR WITH THE NET PROVIDED OR PRICES WILL GO UP OR YOU WILL NOT BE INVITED BACK. THANK YOU!

The yard is yours and yours alone for your entire visit — no other dogs sharing the space, no strangers walking up, no surprises around the corner. Just room to run, sniff, roll, explore, and decompress at your own pace. “Thank you so much for hosting us — perfect place for my German Shepherd workouts in privacy without worries about other dogs that might trigger her.” ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — Galina Tucked away in a quiet Burbank neighborhood, this fully fenced private backyard offers approximately 2,500 square feet of open space with a private entry, so you and your dog can come and go without crossing paths with anyone. Easy to find, even easier to love: enter on the right side of the house and look for the Sniffspot sign. The gate is one of the smoothest you’ll ever use — seriously, it’s a delight. Morning visits are especially magical. The sun is gentle, the vibe is peaceful, and street parking is usually a breeze. Street sweeping is 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Tuesdays on my side of the street and Wednesdays on the opposite side, so please check the signs when you park. One honest heads-up, because I’d rather you know before you book: our neighbors have dogs on the other side of the fence. You won’t see them, but you may hear an occasional bark. Most pups settle right in and forget all about it — and if your dog needs extra buffer, mornings tend to be the quietest. 🐕 There’s a water spigot on site to keep your pup hydrated. Doggie bags for poop, first aid kit, towels, and water for doggies and the Owner will be provided. No pool to worry about and no nasty pesticides or harmful fertilizers. The best way I can describe the backyard is a mix of Grass, Dirt, and pavement. For the Human guest we have a nice seating area under a gazebo with sun shades to stay cool. Water bottles will be provided as well.

If your pup is prone to excessive shedding or barking we would not be a good match. If you have a dog under 10lbs please let me know ahead of your visit as I have pressure gates for use to prevent your pup from getting through the wrought iron gate . NO CHILDREN! All Dogs Rule! Puppy Paradise

We have a beautiful secluded property on the Sespe Creek in Fillmore. We have acres of orange trees and two fully fenced areas. One is a fenced 100 x 200' sand arena with access to water and shade. In this arena there may be a small amount of sheep droppings if we have been training the dogs for sheep herding. There is a second arena that is 80 x 120' with agility equipment and the sheep don't go in that area. Dogs can play off leash and stretch their legs in either area. Please do not move the agility equipment around. You are also welcome to make your way down to the creek and let your pup swim and play. Outside of the fenced arena you are welcome to wander in our orange orchard at the bottom 1/2 of our property but please don't approach any residences or allow your dog to bother the livestock. There are sheep in a fenced area and Tank, our livestock guardian dog, lives with them. *Please note - The sand is pretty soft and dogs love to dig in it. They are welcome to dig but please fill in any holes they dig (it’s as easy as dragging the sand back into the hole with your foot) because they create a tripping hazard for other dogs and people.
