Hi, there. YOU MUST RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION MESSAGE FROM ME BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL. Swims begin at 11 am. My pool is unheated and cold as the Truckee River. Please bear in mind pool chemicals are expensive and cleaning dog hair out of the pool and filter takes extra time. Please thoroughly brush your pet before arriving. PLEASE ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU GET A CONFIRMATION MESSAGE BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL. Opening date June 6, 2023. Please read the additional rules section. You must be 18 or older to book this spot. Thank you!

Please be aware that if your dog has never seen water before he could jump right in! Please be prepared to jump in and save him. The pool is unheated, very cold and ten feet at its deepest end. Drowning can occur very quickly! Beware! Rent my small dog10 credits

Mortimer is a Jack Russel/Chihuahua mix. He weighs 28 pounds and is black and white. You can see him in the photos. Morty loves everybody and makes a great playmate for small dogs. Unfortunately, Mort nips at large dogs' stomachs so he is not an appropriate playmate for large dogs. He is neutered and up to date on his shots. Restrictions apply.

Additional rules

Please keep your dogs out of the waterfall area. The fence in the corner is only 3 feet high and your dog could jump it and get hit by a car on McCarran Boulevard. ALWAYS make sure you receive a confirmation message from me before bringing your dogs over. I have three cats that I need to get indoors. My pool lining is vinyl. Always make sure your dog uses the stairs to exit as to not tear the liner. Thank you.

Glencairn on Old Clear Creek In Carson City

Locked gate, but not fenced. Bordered by public land, so feel free to explore. Perennial creek that is shallow and not dangerous, but springfed and very cold...small dog owners be aware. Water dogs love it! We are clearing a usable space and have DG going down over masticated debris (see photos), also constructing a bathroom. There's a camp host doing work there on occasion. LOTS of wildlife passes through here (including bears, cougars, bald eagles). Really fun for sniffing, splashing, and running. Steep canyon walls, so be sure your dog has recall. Boots or sturdy shoes recommended.
