The spot includes: . Lit back field for night walks • Fully fenced 10 acres • Trail looping the entire perimeter • Forest walking trail • Large mowed fetch field • Secure gated parking • Garbage bins & dumpster on site • Fire pit area in the back field • Water available during summer months • Trails maintained year round . Ev charging available . Contact for group booking or events / birthdays A short 5 min meeting is required for your first visit I’ll show you around, point out any important areas, answer questions, and make sure the spot is a good fit for you and your dog before sending you on your way! Have a black garbage bag full of household waste? The garbage bin is located at the entrance of the front gate. If you’ve got a few extra bags that won’t fit in your bin or you live on a rural property, this is an easy drop-off option.

Garbage disposal LARGE35 credits

Construction debris and large items are not considered household waste. Please check with me before using the dumpster for any large items or materials beyond normal household garbage. This is the base charge for disposal of large items like this. Additional fees may apply depending on size, weight, or material.

Includes 1 handmade greeting card featuring an original art print by property owner Alex. Alex runs a small loft gallery and paints scenes inspired by our mountain adventures. Each piece is scanned and printed locally on premium cardstock using high-grade ink. These unique cards are perfect for birthdays or any occasion. Message me to see Alex’s Acimō Studio portfolio. Sniffspot orders can be picked up during a scheduled walk.

Indoor Parking10 credits

Are you a regular at Ruby’s Sniffspot and braving the cold? Enjoy parking in the heated shop so you can hop back into a warm, fully melted car after your walk. This is a great option during cold weather for extra comfort. Please contact me ahead of time for availability, as I need to be present to operate the door.
