Alison's 1 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Stilwell

I live on 4.5 acres and have about 1 acre fully fenced off. You and your pup or pups will be away from other houses and in the country. No city shenanigans. No other animals loose on the property and you have it all to yourself. I have a pup pool and it is K9 friendly, safe, and is 1 foot deep. Just added an automatic tennis ball launcher for the pups. Entrance would be down road on Cedar Niles, then left into my driveway that is north of my external shop, and the drive leads you straight to my fenced off area (see map in the photo section). I have signage to guide you in. Property including entrance to fenced off area monitored and recorded by security cameras (They will alert me when you arrive and leave). As you can see with the pictures, I have a main open play area and then trails going through the thicker/overgrown grass. There is a 55g freshwater barrel and a drink tub for your pup right inside the entry and you can't miss it when you walk in. I have an umbrella set up to get you out of the sun (You can wind it up and down) and chairs to relax on while the pup or pups play. I have a TON of complimentary toys provided and LOTS of tennis balls for you pup or pups if you don’t have any (Please just put them all back). Dog poop baggies provided and at two different areas when you walk in. Trash bucket on-site to throw away dog poop and trash to keep the area clean. I have 150ft of patio lighting and an LED flood light around the main area of the Sniff Spot. The lights are bright and now you can book late evening into sundown, even night visits if you choose. The main area of the Sniff Spot is fully lit with the hung patio lights. Pictures are posted. Please clean up after yourself and leave everything as it was. This is very important for the next guests, my Sniff Spot stays VERY busy, and I at times I don't have time to inspect my SS before the next bookings. Hello dear friends of Overland Park. I am Tulga from Mongolia. Living in this wonderful city for couple of years. I was blessed to buy house in the heart of old Overland Park downtown and happy to share my backyard (an acre) for your wonderful dogs. Please bear with me i am new homeowner and have lots to do in my backyard.

Don't worry about the weather we have indoor and outdoor space to play. Clean restrooms and snacks available for purchase. We are a doggy daycare and Kitty Cafe but frequently have slow days where we can allow for private play for your dog/dogs.

We have just installed a 6 ft privacy fence. We do have an inground pool for hot days when your baby wants to take a swim.If you do not want your dog to swim in the pool we have a cover for the pool so they can just run around. We offer snacks and d lots of fresh water for your fur babies. We also have a 3 season porch that the pups can go in to cool of in the AC. Plenty of chairs for moms to lounge in.

7 acres right outside city limits overlooking Salt Creek Valley. Partially (3 sides) cow fence, 3+ acre field, 1+ acre wooded area with deer trails, 2 water spigots, mowed yard with flat spots great for fetch, picnic table, walking trail for exploring beautiful views. Pool off limits. Fenced in area in front of house off limits. Park at the end of the driveway and hop out to start your adventure.
