Fully fenced, secure and private acre of doggy heaven located on a cul de sac. Large grass yard, mulch, and wooded area on each side of the yard will keep your dog busy, sniffing, and exploring. The ground is cleared in the wooded areas for fun running and walks. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The in ground pool is available for an additional charge from Memorial Day to Labor Day (please scroll to Extras to reserve the pool). The pool in the off-season is covered by a mesh safety cover. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for privacy. There are poop bags, a bowl of water and a basket of toys for you and your pup if you wish. Whether you want to sit in the shade or play in the sun, there are multiple seating areas. Driveway and Street parking with easy access to the spot.

Full fenced in backyard for you and your dog(s)! We offer two separate seating areas in our deck and in our backyard (see pictures). For your dog we offer: 2 fresh filled water bowls, dog treats (milk ones) and a basket of dog toys. We also have beach access and you can also take our private stairs down to the beach! Please specify in your booking if you are looking to use the backyard, the beach, or both as you will need to be escorted down to the beach as our guests.

All we ask is that you leave it as you found it. Enter and exit at your designated times and always bring your dogs in and exit on a leash. They can run free off leash while visiting. Welcome! Our sniffspot is home to our two pups, mochi and kipper. We have our yard fully fenced with 6ft privacy fence, and a small section 4ft chain link fence (see last photo). You can park right in our driveway and enter in through either gate, there is one on the side of the driveway and one at the back of the driveway. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for your privacy. There will be poop bags, a bowl of water, and a basket of toys for you and your pup to use if you wish. Whether you wish to sit in the shade or play in the sun, we hope you enjoy your visit to our yard!

Quarter acre private fenced in backyard in a convenient location. Plenty of room to run around, trees and grass to sniff and birds, squirrels etc. to chase. Hose spigot available for fresh water, multiple chairs to sit in, umbrella available for shade.Towels/bottled water available upon request. Plenty of off street parking, outlet outside to charge your devices.

Feel free to enjoy this little spot. It is 100% pesticide and herbicide free! Suitable for pets and people including small children. Lots of running space for a small to medium sized dog. Larger dogs might also enjoy a new experience. Squirrels, bunnies and chipmunks enjoy the area and might be of interest to your pup. There’s plenty of shade from trees and a fence all around so they are safe :)

Please note that if you’d like to bring another dog/friend that is not part of your immediate family/household, they must make a separate reservation. No exceptions. Please bring: A PHYSICAL COPY (for me to keep) of proof of rabies, distemper, kennel cough. Printed receipt or photo of current flea/tick and heartworm preventative. A Photo of your license will be taken upon arrival. Please do not bring your pets to this property if they are not feeling well or are currently ill.  This protocol is to keep both parties involved safe!🐾
