Located on a quiet street with minimal neighbors, it’s the perfect retreat for water-loving pups and long-line training. Key Features Creekside Water Play: Marked paths lead directly to easy access to the creek for cooling off and splashing. Open Hillside & Run Area: Half an acre of rolling, unfenced grassy hills for zooming and games of fetch. Private & Secluded Parking: Dedicated off-street parking in our driveway. The house stands alone on our side of the street with only two houses visible in the distance. Amenities: Trash receptacle available on-site for easy cleanup. Spot Essentials Unfenced: This property is not enclosed—best for dogs with strong recall or owners using long lines. Footwear: Wear shoes suitable for walking down natural paths and near the water!
