Welcome to the World’s Largest Sniffspot (Confirmed). There’s all kinds of areas to let your dog sniff and romp around! Upon arrival you may romp around in any field as far as your eyes can see. We just harvested corn September 2024 and the land is wide open and crop free until spring! There’s google earth maps showing property lines in yellow in the pictures. Escape the crowds and give your pup some real freedom! My property offers 4 private acres of grassy field and trees right in Mechanicsville. It’s off-leash friendly with plenty of room to run, sniff, play fetch, or just roll around in the sun. There’s no other dogs on site during your booking, so your dog gets the whole space to themselves. Water bowls, shade, and waste bags provided. Perfect for high-energy dogs, reactive pups, or anyone who just wants a safe, private adventure.

Fully Fenced Yard Ideal for Dogs and Kids! Mechanicsville

From a gate at the driveway, walk up a small hill to access a large space for playing! To the right there is a covered porch with swings, tables, chairs, an outlet, doggy towels, and a basket of extras for guests. There is a children’s swing set, playhouse, sandbox, soccer goal, and slide available to play with. Additional seating for the yard is available to set up if you’d like! WiFi password is posted on the table. We love our backyard and hope you enjoy it too! Smoking cigarettes is allowed on the porch, but please use the provided ash tray.

Small family farm. We have two fenced in paddocks that we rotate our horses in. Please be aware there may be horse poop in the paddocks. We will try to remove it before your reservation but not always a guarantee. Horses will be put away when reserved. Please make sure your dogs respect the horses and do NOT enter into their space. Do NOT feed horses. Possibly allowed to pet if your dog/s is/are controlled and respectful. Fully fenced with space to run and roll. Please note spaces between fence panels. Watch dogs carefully so they do not slip through the fence line. Poop bags will be provided as well as water bowls. Please pick up your dog’s poop and discard in provided garbage bin or take off property. Parking spot at front of property/driveway to the right as you pull in.
