Welcome to Holly Hill Farm – a beautiful, expansive 180-acre working farm in Hanover County, Virginia, perfect for dogs who love to run, explore, and sniff to their heart’s content! This private property features a mix of wide-open fields (currently planted in soybeans), wooded areas with winding trails, and a peaceful pond. There’s plenty of room to roam safely along the edges of the fields and through the woods. Some trails cut through the forested sections for shaded walks and adventure. Important for your visit: • Please drive down to the last barn and park. • Please stay within the property boundaries — we’ve included clear photos in the listing showing fences, markers, and property lines to help you navigate easily. • Please pick up after yourself and your dog as there are no trash cans on site. • As a working farm, you may occasionally see or hear light farm activity (equipment, crops, etc.), but the chances are low during Sniffspot bookings. Your dog will have tons of space to enjoy the rural setting without interference. Rarely but occasionally we have some family at the property, they won’t interfere with Sniffspot guest This is a fantastic spot for dogs who enjoy open running space, exploring nature trails, cooling off near the pond, and experiencing a real Virginia farm atmosphere. Rock Springs Farm (650 acres worlds largest Sniffspot)

Welcome to the World’s Largest Sniffspot (Confirmed). There’s all kinds of areas to let your dog sniff and romp around! Upon arrival you may romp around in any field as far as your eyes can see. We just harvested corn September 2024 and the land is wide open and crop free until spring! There’s google earth maps showing property lines in yellow in the pictures.
