Description

Hi there! My name is Kassie and my golden retriever and I just bought this house :-) For the last five years we lived in an apartment…. My dog was attacked at a dog park and doggie daycare so we know how hard it can be to get the exercise your dog needs. I wish I had known about Sniffspot then! Now that I have my own yard I want to help ease the burden for other owners who need a space to let their dog run and play… for now I have fenced in my front yard (working on replacing fence around entire house to add the backyard too!) I live at the end of a dead end street so you can park right in front of the house. There’s some toys, two chairs and a table, a trash can and poop bags, and a water bowl and water available.

We brought Stella, my daughter’s 5yr old pit bull to Kassie’s to have some “freedom” to run while enclosed. It was nice. We will use again. It was also nice to meet Kassie who came out to say hello. She also left “welcome treats” for Stella which was very sweet.
Host replied: So nice meeting Stella and you guys! You are always welcome and I hope when it gets cooler Stella gets some more freedom!

another great visit. Virgil had a fun time and got some good exercise. thank goodness for the poop bags supplied along with the nice trash can. I almost always have bags in my pocket—didn’t this time.
Host replied: So glad you guys had a good time- and yes I will always have bags and a trash can… I try to always have them with me when I go out but sometimes you just run out!

Virgil and I had a great time. Kassie is a great host. we were lucky enough to meet her. This is a great location for a reactive dog like Virgil as it is at the end of a street (no traffic passing by). The chain link fence is very secure. Virgil happily ate some treats and enjoyed playing with his ball. we will definitely be back.

Host replied: So sorry I wasn’t available to clean/straighten up before your most recent visit. I do usually like to do a check of the yard to make sure it’s clean, set out poop bags and a dog treat and the water and toys. We had a pretty big windstorm that blew around some mail from my table along with every thing else outside and I was already asleep (I work nights/ sleep days) when the last minute booking was made. I will do my best to make it up to you guys next time to win back your five star review! :-)
