With lush grass, plenty of open space, and room to run, sniff, and zoom, this spot is perfect for dogs who need to stretch their legs and have fun off-leash. Whether your dog is high-energy or just wants a quiet sniffari, they’ll feel right at home here. We can’t wait to host you and your furry best friend!

The Back 40

When you book "The Back 40" you have access to the original, smaller, The Mannerly Dog Sniffspot, so no one will be using it while you're here! You'll still have your own private dog park, just a bigger one. You will not see us or our dogs. One neighbor has chickens - they are catty-corner to The Back 40, in the rear. They are in a pen and may cluck or crow at times. the yard catty-corner on the other side occasionally has a couple of dogs in it, but it's pretty rare - it could happen though. You might see or hear humans on the other side of the wooden fence that runs the full 300 feet along the side of both Sniffspots. Otherwise, the area is serene and quiet with plenty of squirrels and birds. Sit and rest or play with your dog - either way, we hope you enjoy your visit!
