55This was a really fun yard for my dogs. They enjoyed exploring the garden and all the little corners.
55Great place, very friendly host and perfect amenities. We will be back!
55Great large yard, with lots of toys and space to run and play fetch!
55Desmond was Amazing he explained everything to me super easy and was 1 step ahead of us just incase we needed anything. He also had bug spray and toys for them. Towels were provided for my dogs and water bowl. My dogs loved it specially one that had Ivdd surgery and is now running off and coming back to his old self filled my heart best choice I could’ve done for my dogs I will definitely will be back.
55This is by far our favorite spot, our big boxer Liam recognizes the neighborhood and gets excited way before we arrive… he and Rocco, our other dog a frenchie, can run around and explore and my wife and I observe them confident they are safe
55What a perfect yard! I was so busy watching my dogs have a great visit that I forgot to grab pictures 🤦‍♀️. Thank you !
55We had a blast at this Sniffspot! The host met us and gave us a tour before we entered. The chickens were fun for the dogs to watch, the big trees had great shade, and there was lots of room to play. We added the baby pool so the dogs could cool off. Great spot!
55Another great visit to our favorite sniffspot. Our puppies love the 20 min road trip and get excited when they recognize first the neighborhood, then the driveway. They have plenty of space to run around and release energy. We love the space and the clean area. The chicken add to the appeal. We try to visit several times a month depending on weather. Love seeing our puppies running and smiling.
55This was our first time trying Sniffspot & the pups had such a great time! I highly recommend the add ons of the pool & eggs. The pups were able to cool off between playtime & exploring. The fresh eggs were just an added bonus as we also buy ours from a farmer. Overall, such a great time & great host for giving us a tour at the beginning of our visit.
55The owner was friendly and kind, and my dogs had a blast running around the spacious yard! :) would book again.

When you book "The Back 40" you have access to the original, smaller, The Mannerly Dog Sniffspot, so no one will be using it while you're here! You'll still have your own private dog park, just a bigger one. You will not see us or our dogs. One neighbor has chickens - they are catty-corner to The Back 40, in the rear. They are in a pen and may cluck or crow at times. the yard catty-corner on the other side occasionally has a couple of dogs in it, but it's pretty rare - it could happen though. You might see or hear humans on the other side of the wooden fence that runs the full 300 feet along the side of both Sniffspots. Otherwise, the area is serene and quiet with plenty of squirrels and birds. Sit and rest or play with your dog - either way, we hope you enjoy your visit!
