Tiny apartment? The dog run won't work for you? Visit one of the only Sniffspots in Manhattan to let your dog stretch his legs, do some zoomies, and help homeless pups in the process! We have a large open space for your dog to run and play, a bathroom for your use, poop bags and cleaning supplies for accidents, and you can help yourself to available dog toys! Muddy Paws Rescue takes in over 1,000 dogs every year from shelters in NYC and other states (but don't worry, they all live in foster care so your pup can have the place to themselves!). By bringing your pup to our Sniffspot, your rental fee will go entirely towards our operations, helping to cover the cost of medical care, treats, toys, food, and so much more. We are located on 9th Avenue and 54th St in Hell's Kitchen.

Located in a secure private home near the subway station and shopping. Spacious gated backyard with access to water, seating, dog toys, and a driveway. Evening appointments available and multiple guests are welcome. Backyard available for dog parties and people events.

Near Hamilton park come enjoy our oasis! We have a gorgeous turf backyard ready for fetch, playtime, training or just lounging in the sun. For humans, we have wifi and a nice table you can work at! If your dog is friendly and wants a buddy, our pup is the most gracious host!

420 Friendly - Sit Back and Relax in Spacious Fully Fenced in private yard. Private entrance to the property as well. Yard has another fence in case you want small dogs in one area and large dogs in the other. Lots of birds - blue jays, robins, cardinals galore. Come let your pups explore off-leash roaming in Northwest Yonkers, just down the road from Hudson River Museum & Untermyer Gardens. Plenty of space to sniff, run, and maybe even chase some squirrels! Patio furniture, hammock during warm months & wi-fi for pet parents to lounge while your dog(s) get tired. The hammock is rated for over 300 lbs - move to your desired shade or sunny spot and enjoy but please move it back so the "runway" is clear for the next pups. Summertime brings water features! Doggie pool and splash pad will be available. Please turn off the water when done. Some towels will be available but please bring extras for the car ride home. Playdates and parties welcome! Check the Extras to rent folding tables and chairs so you have less to worry about.

5000 square-foot yard with 6 foot high privacy chain-link fence. Hose available to fill your dog’s water bowl, large deck provides partial shade for humans. Off street parking in driveway next to entrance. Come with your best friend and enjoy some off leash time! Two dogs (belonging to the same person) maximum at a time.
