55Great little spot for my dog to run around for a bit. I had a little bit of trouble locating the right backyard but it’s mostly my own fault. This was my first time using sniffspot so I didn’t realize there were a bunch more photos available to help identify the yard correctly. A small sign along the fence would be nice but honestly it only took me an extra minute to find the right yard. Once there my pup really enjoyed his time in the yard. So grateful for people willing to share their space! Thank you!

One of our dogs can be very reactive towards strangers/other dogs, so this was the perfect space for us to relax knowing we would likely not come across other people/dogs and our dogs can enjoy some outdoor play time. This spot is truly a unique find for dogs in NYC!

Description

Fully fenced in, grassy backyard that is 25' X 75' (1850 sq ft) in a quiet community drive. The yard is bi-level. Lowest point of fencing is 40". Three-quarters of the yard has taller fencing, some being chain link and other being chicken wire. Parking must be on the street, not in the community drive. You can easily walk down into the community drive with your dog on leash and enter the yard on your own.

As a portion of the yard has a 40" chain link fence, care should be taken that your dog will not jump over this fence. The rear half of the yard is higher than the front half. There are 3 small steps to go up to the back half, however there is a drop off on the wall of about 2 1/2 feet.
