Where tails wag fast and wave high, whiskers smile, wet noses sniff, zoomies can zoom and doggie wishes come true! Come alone with your dog, with doggie friends or maybe a doggie birthday "pawty" (pawty packages available). We love being a part of Sniffspot and providing a safe space for dogs to get exercise and explore. I have had reactive dogs and understand the struggles to find fun and safe spaces for them to explore. Come here and enjoy a fully fenced backyard with pool (OPTIONAL EXTRA FEE-POOL IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE YARD BOOKING FEE AND YOU MUST ADD EXTRA). Fence height 4 - 5 feet. Large park like setting with grassy flat area for dogs to romp and play. There are dog bowls available and a hose for water. There is seating available as well as a furnished and seasonally decorated gazebo to sit and enjoy some shade and take some cute photos. We also leave free treats in the gazebo for our furry guests. A beautiful large mulberry tree also provides some nice shade. There is a heated built in pool, which is separately fenced for safety, and available for use with ADDITIONAL FEE. Dog toys available for in and out of the pool. For pool users we offer several sizes of dog swim vests from XS to XL. I also offer a supply of bug spray and sunscreens. In case of muddy paws there are pet wipes for dogs, hand wipes for human guests and also a first aid kit just in case. There is a large private driveway for parking. Please remember the purpose of Sniffspot...to interact with your dog so please engage with them and supervise them at all times…no dogs should be unattended at any time. My main focus of becoming a host is for the enjoyment, enrichment, benefit and safety of THE DOGS...this is why we have clear rules, boundaries and limitations which we ask that all of our guests respect. Please always ask if you have any questions or need clarification. Also, as much as we love kids, ADULTS ONLY please. To our pool users...If you have added the pool as an add on, the dogs are all welcome. Their humans (1 adults only per dog) are also allowed to enter with the dog as long as the human is interacting/playing with the dog (if no dog in the pool, then no people in the pool). If your dog has never been in a pool, DO NOT traumatize your dog by just throwing them in and PLEASE USE LIFE VEST (many sizes available) and introduce slowly. I do my best to clean/skim the hair out of the pool between guests IF I am home. Unfortunately, I am not always home and cannot attend to the pool in between, and I apologize in advance if there is hair from a previous guest. I have a robot skimmer which may be floating in the pool to help keep if clean. If it is in the pool, please remove before entering and replace when you are done (there are instructions on how to do that at the pool). If you have a dog that may heavily shed, perhaps brush if possible before attending so that less hair enters the pool. We want to keep it nice and clean for all of our guests so everyone has a positive experience. We also do not want to put extra stress on the pool filter so we can keep it running for everyone to use. I also leave a skimmer net by the pool if needed. FYI...It's NJ so the pool is only anticipated open from mid April until mid October. Please keep this in mind when booking and feel free to message me if you want to check on availability. Our yard is very safe but keep in mind this is a backyard which is surrounded by woods and you are outdoors and there are things you may potentially see or encounter. We do use mosquito control but there can be bugs, mosquitoes, gnats, frogs, spiders, bees, wasps, critters, groundhogs, chipmunks, snakes, rabbits, opossum, squirrels, deer, turkey, hawks just to name a few. This is nature and we cannot control nature. NOTE: 1) PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY DOG THAT IS SHOWING ANY SIGNS OF SICKNESS OR ILLESS (DIARRHEA, VOMITING, COUGHING, LETHARGY). ALSO, I KNOW SNIFFSPOT ASKS ABOUT DOGS BEING VACCINATED BUT DOESN'T REQUIRE PROOF. I BEG OF ANY GUEST THAT YOUR DOG PLEASE BE HEALTHY AND FULLY VACCINATED. I HAVE A SPECIAL NEEDS DOG THAT IS IMMUNE COMPROMISED AND I NEED TO PROTECT HIS WELL BEING. 2) Allowed 1-2 ADULTS per dog ONLY. 3) Pool area: Use at your own risk. Pool is 3 - 10ft on the deepest end. No running, diving or food/glass around pool. Please do not leave dogs unattended. Please be careful walking around the pool decking (outside the pool concrete/pavers). This area can become very hot and we don't want the pups to burn their toe beans. Also be mindful of the white round skimmer covers and be careful to avoid stepping or standing on them as they can break and/or dislodge. 4) Raised deck attached to house not for use by guests. 5) Please return everything to it's proper place where you found it. 6) No alcohol or smoking. 7) Please do not let your dog pee or scratch at the pool equipment (filter/heater) behind the pool. 8) I do have some weekend blocks on the schedule. If you are interested in a specific day/time, please let me know, and I still may be able to accommodate you upon request. 9) I currently have dog limit set to 6 but can accommodate more upon request so please feel free to ask. People have occasionally been showing up around the lake - please be aware of this We do test for blue green algae (scroll to picture 5) and we tested NEGATIVE. The lake is safe and not suffering from any toxic algae blooms. Does your dog love to run? Love to swim? Love to chill in the shade? We have it all! Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for your pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please maximum! Large, fully-fenced, no-gap Dog Park In Haddon Township, NJ

Welcome to our backyard! It's about 6,500 square feet, with a beautiful, six-foot red cedar fence all the way around, with no gaps for even the smallest dogs (except maybe a teacup dog!). There are two major seating spots with chairs and plenty of empty space for your dogs to run around. It's also well shaded, with a gigantic, hundreds-years-old tree right smack in the middle. If you have a good visit, please leave a good review! We are first-time homeowners and Sniffspotters. Please get in touch with any questions or suggestions for improvements! PLEASE DO *NOT* BRING A DOG THAT: - has a particularly loud or booming bark. We live in a quiet neighborhood and do not want to disturb our neighbors. - may chew through outdoor-rated extension cords (there's one for the mosquito trap, as you can see next to the pool). - may chew through (or climb through!) the plastic tubing between the pool and its mechanics (pump and filter). Important notes: - No more than four dogs may be in our yard at any one time, and all dogs must share the same owner. The owner must remain with their dogs at all times. The owner may bring a small number or human guests, but no guest may bring their own dog. - Please look carefully through our photos to know what to expect. Any questions, ask! - It is expected that our yard will be in the same or better condition than when you entered. Please clean up your and your dog's messes. - If you can prevent your dog from peeing next to the pool and its mechanics, please do. We realize this might not be possible, so don't stress if it happens. - There's a three-foot-wide alleyway behind the shed (fence on one side, shed on the other), open on both sides. It's just dried leaves back there. (Note: the bricks in the pictures will be gone before your dog arrives.) For the moment, we're leaving this open, but may block it off depending on feedback from our Sniffspot guests. - The pool is off limits to dogs. Note the pool-wall is five feet high. There will be no ladder when your dog visits. It is IMPERATIVE that you not put a chair next to the pool, to prevent your dog from jumping in. - We have one neighbor (on the driveway side) with a dog. He's not out that much, he's never out without his owner, and he's not loud (I've NEVER heard him since moving here two years ago). It is very likely that this dog will not be out during your visit, but we can't guarantee this. Regardless, there is always a solid six-foot-high fence between. Our neighbors are well aware, and are fully supportive, of our renting via Sniffspot. Concerns we are currently working to address: - We plan on building a small fence around the pool mechanics. - Note that we mow this very big backyard every two weeks. Also, there's ALWAYS more weeding to be done. However, there are no harmful-to-dogs plants that we are aware of.

There is a patio with table and chairs for humans to relax. front yard has a hill with a long driveway for some great exercise and backyard is fully fenced. Playground set for small children to use while the doggies run free without disturbance. The trampoline is off limits; please do not use it. Feel free to use the hose to fill your dog’s water bowl. In winter, the water is turned off. If you want to enjoy the lush (not fenced) front yard, relax in the Adirondack chairs and watch the sunset or sunrise. The view is stunning. This setting is named after our beautiful late German Shepherd, Cheyenne, who lives on in our hearts forever.
