Huge, fully fenced backyard with 2 access gates. 1 on either side of house, plentiful off street and street parking, with grassy, muddy, and mulched areas! Ample sunny spots and fully shaded areas, people seating, pup (and people) toys, water bowls, poop bags and trash can. Great space for safe recall training. Lots of hidden treasure sniff spots, room for full speed zoomies, some wildlife if you’re lucky, and tons of space to explore. Yard treated with pet/eco friendly lawn products ONLY, also treated for fleas/ticks/mosquitos regularly

Fully fenced backyard on the Little Creek Reservoir in Virginia Beach. Total fenced area is 0.25 acres, with fence standing 3.5 feet tall. There is also a walking path that goes down to the lake behind my property. Looking forward to hosting you and your puppy! Please clean up after your pet and stay out of the sheds. Feel free to use the chairs on the deck or the water bowl for your dog.

I have a quiet fenced-in yard on a corner lot just minutes from Town Center. As the parent of a dog that suffers from anxiety, I completely understand the need for controlled environments that allow your dog the chance to be their best self. I'm proud to provide a spot where your dog can run and play in a quiet and protected space far from any of their usual stressors. **Please keep in mind for everyone’s safety, we share two fence lines with neighboring dogs. There is no way they can physically interact with your dog through the fence, but control of your dog must be your priority while walking to and from our secured yard Penny’s Place is exactly what you want to make of it! Welcome to Ghent on the Corner! Enjoy our 2,500 sq ft corner lot with a 4 ft white vinyl picket fence. Driveway parking for 2 cars. Enjoy shaded seating underneath our gazebo. We recommend you bring towels to dry your dog ,bug spray and sunscreen during warmer months. We’d love to welcome you to our place. We used a non-toxic dye in ponds  in early March to give shade for the large Koi. It helps protect them from the blue herring until the summer grass comes in. It has almost completely faded, and it’s safe for fish plants, domestic and wildlife just a little heads up. our grandchildren swim in it. So feel safe.
