Your dogs can have a great view through the chain link fence over looking the cemetery and groundskeepers. Excellent spot for fetch, running laps, sunbathing or taking a break in the shade!

There are two different fenced in areas. One side is much bigger than the other. When pulling into driveway there will be one of the two gates to access the back yard. One of the gates is a wooden gate this is for the smaller fenced in area. If it’s the larger fenced area you want then you will pull into driveway and walk around the garage to the left hand side to where a chain link fence will be to the larger fenced in area. Both areas can be utilized during the time you have booked as well. There’s a chain link fence dividing the two areas with a gate connecting the two yards.

Whether your pup wants to sprint full-out or just sniff around at their own pace, there’s space for it. About the host Hi, I’m Brennan. I’m the caretaker for the Fleur de Lys and live on the third floor with my son while the property is on the market. Hosting Sniffspot guests is a way for us to save toward our next move when it sells, and honestly, it’s a joy. Dog people are my favorite people. I haven’t had a dog of my own since mine passed from cancer five years ago. Losing him was hard, and I haven’t been in a season of life where I could give a dog the kind of dedication they deserve. So getting to spend time around other people’s pups, even briefly, means a lot. Bonus: licensed massage for your dog (and you!) I’m also a licensed massage therapist, and I offer massage for dogs as an add-on. Honestly, I love working on pups even more than I do humans, whether it’s an older dog with stiff joints, a working dog who needs to decompress, or just a goodboy who deserves to be pampered. We provide a medium size stock tank that you are welcome to fill and let you dog have water play, we also have a sandbox that is just for digging fun! We also provide a poop scoop and bucket to allow you to dispose of any poop.

And there is a gate on both sides of the yard. Please be sure to close gate behind yourself when you leave. There is a container of bags on the table. Please use the small shovel to clean up after your dog. Please dispose in the small stainless steel trash can, next to the back door.

Welcome! Our property’s back yard has a large lake, which acts as part of the “fencing”. Otherwise, it is fully fenced. So if your furbaby is a swimmer, they will LOVE it here! There is a ramp leading directly into the water near our dock. However if your fur baby loves to swim TOO much, and decides to exit the lake on the opposite side of our property or in a neighbor’s yard, then you may have to hop in your car and retrieve them around the block, but If they have good recall, awesome! Bring a picnic blanket and relax under a tree!! Lots of shade, several seating areas, and wildlife (ducks, geese, squirrels, raccoons) Do not let your dog harm any of the wildlife. If your dog is a “prey” dog and you fear it will chase and catch a duck, goose, raccoon, then this may not be the place for you. “Leave It” is one of the best learned commands a pooch can have! 😁Please note, the lower half our our property is gated, but you are welcome to roam back there with dog on leash, it is all fenced as well but just still be very mindful it is just a wired fence. Also the lower half of yard is hilly with some stumps/stones here and there, so use caution…roam at your own risk. 😊 During the winter, if the lake is freezing over or frozen, we will NOT allow bookings. However if you do book during a winter month, when the lake is questionable, you resume 100% responsibility for your pup and yourself. THE 2026 ADDED AMENINITY: Fishing is allowed! Have some fun too while your pup is having a good time! BRING YOUR OWN POLE AND BAIT. We throw our fish back, but if you catch a nice size catfish, you are welcome to keep. ONE PER VISIT THOUGH. Please be responsible with any hooks or bait. Please do not leave hooks or bait on property and avoid hooks getting left in trees and the lake. Water bowl, toys and poop bags available for your use while here. Please do clean up after your pooch/pooches. ENJOY!🐶😊💕
