55Susan the owner is lovely. The property is beautiful, so well kept and manicured lawn. Super secure and safe fencing. The owner puts out fresh cold water and there are tons of places to sit if you come with a friend or two. I wish I had found this site and property sooner my dog loves going there now!

An indoor restroom is available (for the human haha) just inside the screened in porch. For night time use, we are happy to turn on the back flood lights for you. A flashlight is also available (along with the other amenities listed) inside the large white storage trunk along the back garage wall. Please park on the left side of the driveway. We can’t wait to have you!

Entrance to the yard is up a few steps to the right of the house and driveway and features a Sniffspot sign near the gate door (see pictures). We do have a dog, Nova, who will be kept inside at all times. We love our yard, and hope you can enjoy it, too!
