Description

We have a very large, fully fenced yard available (6' wood privacy fence) plus an on-leash area beyond the fenced yard that is our property as well. There are frequent deer, bird, squirrel and other wildlife sightings. The property backs up to the Mulberry River and the riverbank is very steep, please do not attempt to access the river at the rear of the property. Inside the fenced yard, there is a covered deck with chairs, table, and dog toys available and a water spigot you're free to use. We have 2 GSPs who love to use the yard but will not be on property. You'll have the space to yourself.

Please be courteous and do not walk past the fence line onto the neighboring property, it's noticeable where our property extends directly back from the fenced yard to the riverbank. Please do not attempt to enter the river, the riverbank is steep!

On this property we have a chicken coop but unless I’m outside they will be locked away. There will be a bench with a table and an electric extension cord for computers or charging phones. We have 4 dogs but they are all inside as they rather inside than out. Especially during a booking for safety for all. As time goes on and we see we have more booking I will incorporate an obstacle course for our 4 legged visitors and our resident pups. Please feel free to dump existing water and refill with water hose hanging on garden fence. Also there are swings for kids as well.
