We welcome you and your fur babies to enjoy our private sanctuary in the city! We have a reactive dog, so we understand how important, and how challenging it can be to provide a stress-free, enriching environment for a sensitive dog! We have a fully fenced half acre with an adjacent 500 sq. ft. enclosed dog run, and we’re happy to share it along with toys, water bowls, and more to enrich your dog’s experience! We will be adding more amenities as we are able.

Designed for optimal privacy and safety for dogs and parents. Yard is accessed by the driveway gate. My dogs will be inside. Lots of room to run and play. Water faucet & disposable bowls in carport (hose also if needed). Wonderful walking neighborhood as well with trail at end of driveway to pond at SECCA. Captain's Retreat at Bear Creek located off Highway 64 in Mocksville! 4 acres of fully fenced (woven mesh wire and post/rail 5.5ft to 6ft high) with trails, woods, field, and plenty of room to run and explore! Open the front gate and drive into the secure parking area ***CLOSE AND LATCH THE GATE BEHIND YOU BEFORE GETTING YOUR DOGS OUT OF THE CAR!*** Walk through gate into the space from the secure parking area. This area has wooded trails as well as cleared areas. Densely wooded areas and thickets all around. TICK PREVENTION IS A MUST! There are no pesticides or herbicides used here. Only natural horticulture vingear for spot weed control. This area is located beside Bear Creek and when the creek is high or after a good rain IT WILL BE MUDDY on the right side of the property! Dry creekbed located across the back of the property. **The Creek is NOT accessible from the fenced property** -Water hose on site for use. Dog shower/bath area to the right of the shed with dog wash hose attached, shampoo, and wash shammy. Or you may bring your own bath supplies! Feel free to give you dog a shower/bath! -Dog water bowl, dog brush, toys, treats, human and dog tick spray provided. All located in large deck box inside the gate. -Bring doggy towels in case of mud or bathing! -Porch swing and seating areas with picnic table and hammock at the top of the property. -Chair/table area at the bottom of rock trail. At the end of the cleared field is a 2 single seat swing set and hammocks by the bridge. We hope you enjoy the space!!

We are a licensed in-home boarding facility. Come use our fenced in yards for your dog(s). We will have all dogs up, so your dogs can have their personal time. We have two fenced in areas. You can rent one or both. One side is a normal fenced in backyard and the other is great for dogs that need to get rid of their energy. That side includes astroturf, kid's play equipment they can jump on or through and a play pool. We will even pick up your dog's poops for them.

A private backyard with plenty of room for zooms. Have the space to throw your ball as far as you can! We have chairs, place cots, and balls available. A great place for training or play with light distractions.
