Backyard Rental Rules for Dog Owners Thank you for choosing to rent our backyard space for your dog’s enjoyment! To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone, please review and follow these rules: 1. Reservation Times: • You may only access the backyard during your reserved time slot. • Please arrive and leave promptly to respect the home owner and next renter’s schedule. 2. Dog Behavior: • Dogs must be friendly, well-socialized, and non-aggressive. • No excessive barking is allowed to maintain neighborhood peace. • Dogs must always be under the owner’s supervision. 3. Cleanliness: • Owners must pick up and properly dispose of all dog waste immediately. • Please bring your own waste bags. • Leave the backyard clean and tidy for the next guests. 4. Health Requirements: • Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper, Parvo). • Sick dogs are not allowed to use the yard. 5. Owner Responsibility: • Owners are fully responsible for their dog’s behavior, safety, and any damages caused. • Owners must monitor their dogs at all times. • No other animals (cats, rabbits, etc.) are allowed. 6. Limitations: • No more than 4 dogs allowed per rental unless otherwise approved. • No digging or destruction of plants, grass, or landscaping. 7. Amenities: • If water bowls, toys, or seating areas are provided, please use them respectfully. • Please do not adjust sprinklers, garden setups, or outdoor furniture. 8. Liability Waiver: • By using the yard, owners agree to waive any liability against the property owner for injury, loss, or damage.
