Description

Enjoy spending time with your pet at The Garden @ Three Gables in Oak Ridge. Our 3 acre park like setting has 3 separate completely fenced in areas. The separate front & back yards are each 1/2+ acres. Both areas feature a beautifully landscaped setting, comfortable seating, shaded / sheltered areas, grass and mulch areas, room to set up agility or scent work equipment. Plenty of room for frisbee or fetch. Lots of room to stretch your legs & enjoy wandering around the gardens. Water faucets & dog bowls are available. Sprinklers & dog /pet pool available in summer months. There is also a small fenced ‘potty yard’ to use as needed. A well maintained outhouse for our human guests and potty bags & trash receptacles are available for use. Bring friends / family and enjoy the park like setting with your pups. Fire pit & outdoor dining area are available upon request with a 2+ hour booking. Want a special event with your pet? Ask for our Sniffari! Let your pup find hidden treats while they explore the property. Or, have a pup party! Bring your dog to celebrate their birthday and we will provide a pup friendly birthday surprise. (Additional charges apply, ask for details).

HOST NOTE

Both yards are landscaped with an assorted variety of trees, shrubs and flowers. Please don’t let your pet chew on the plants. We also have 2 dry creek beds, please be careful if your pet is walking on & around the stones.

Additional rules

Please use potty bags and dispose of waste in the trash receptacles provided. For their safety, please do not allow your pups to dig on the property or chew on any plants. Do not remove anything from the gardens or property. Feel free to use the shelters and available seating. Fences are 4’ high. Dogs are allowed off lease at the owners’ risk. If using the front yard, be certain the gate is closed and your dog cannot fit through the gap at the bottom. I reserve the right to cancel a booking for any reason. We may occasionally be conducting lawn/ garden maintenance, or if we have a garden project in process it may be unsafe for the animal/ owner to be onsite. Thank you!!

Fully fenced and partially shaded backyard in Northwest Greensboro near Highway 68 and 73 in a pretty quiet neighborhood. Close to Northwest Guilford Middle and High Schools, and Pearce Elementary. Gravel driveway with room for a few cars to park. Plenty of grass to run and play in. The yard has a gradual slope to it, not perfectly flat. There's a nice, big pavilion with a few camping chairs for people to sit in the shade, as well as, a couple of large trees to provide shade for doggie rest breaks. There are lots of sticks available for chewing or fetching. Host works from home and will stay inside unless help is requested! We're so happy to invite pet-owners and their dogs into our space and see them enjoy it as much as we do! Shelter volunteers are also welcome to bring shelter dogs for a "Dog Day Out"! Please read dog details for important info to note for potentially reactive dogs. We are working on improving stays for future visitors so please provide feedback on what you think would be great to add to our spot! Hopefully you have an amazing time here! Visit 4 times a month with a Bronze level Sniffpass! This could be your weekly spot!!
