This is a half acre backyard oasis for dogs 🐕 of all breeds, and their parents. It comes equipped with an inground heated pool, enclosed gazebo and Poolhouse. Dogs love to jump in the water and cool off on a hot summer ☀️ day, as well as run laps around the big backyard if they have the zoomies. There is a 6ft privacy fence around the entire backyard, and a separate, additional 4ft fence directly around the pool for safety. There are also security cameras, a charging station, and Bluetooth speakers if you and your fur baby enjoy music.

(POOL ACCESS INCLUDED IN PRICE) unfortunately due to the high volume of guests this summer, keeping up with maintaining the pool has been very expensive so we did have to raise our hourly price and hope our sniffspot usuals understand. WELCOME to Dogworld! Here at dog world, we have 8 rescue dogs of our own, and we love nothing more than to share the fun of our yard with others! We had a human reactive/dog reactive german shepherd, malakai, who unfortunately passed away before we knew about sniffspot, so in honor of him and other dogs like him, offering our yard is something i’m passionate about. in our .32 acre fenced in yard, we want to be inclusive as possible for all dogs and all owners. with that so, what we have to offer in our yard consists of: 🚨**NEW!!**🚨 -Spring pole! Let your dog enjoy endless tug on our spring pole that is attached to a tree. -DIG SPOT! In our custom made Dig area, your pup can get their digging instincts out by digging as much as they want in their doggy sand pit. -SPRING POLE! Dog lives tug of war? then they will LOVE our spring pole, which consists of a pole that’s deep in the ground, with a tether attached to it. warning, your pup will absolutely want one to call his own after 😜 -pool is open in the summer, all we ask is that you do not let your dogs claw at the liner (stairs are available). if your dog isn’t a fan of a real pool, we have a dog size pool as well. pool latter will most likely be up due to safety precautions, just take it down. No kids in pool. -agility equipment! including 3 jumps, a tire jump, a tunnel, 2 sets of weave poles, and and A frame! (i recommend those who are familiar with agility and contact points to use the a-frame, it can be intimidating to dogs who are newer at it) -plenty of room to play fetch, tug of war, chase, etc -tall sturdy fencing (with the exception of a few *single* panels loose due to weathering. most of the fencing on the property is 6 ft, with the exception of maybe 9 feet being 5 ft on the side. -dog water from CLEAN bowls -plenty of access to both shade and sun -turf and path around deck -very quiet neighborhood -access to hose and pooper scooper -WE HAVE A K9 BLOWER!! no stress when your dog is soaking wet out of the pool. -lots of parking -wide variety of toys, such as balls, frisbees, flirt poles, rubber toys, chuck its and ropes. neighbors dogs are *occasionally* out. they are only visible if you go out of your way to look through the cracks in the fence , but you cans hear them rustling around when they walk. in the near future, more agility equipment, And enrichment activities will be added. Guests who book will receive treats and enrichment/activities ideas for their pups to be able to do in their yard. If you haven’t done research on how important enrichment is for your pup, let us teach you!

Come relax and bring your four legged best friend in our fully fenced backyard! Our yard will allow your buddy to run along the longest span of around 85 feet, while giving you a nice bricked patio space with a table, chairs, a large shade umbrella and access to our wifi. In addition, we offer off-street parking for 1 vehicle, access to the water hose, hand-sanitizer, electrical outlet, trash cans and doggy bags.
