My name is Nate and I am a local business owner in Ankeny. As the owner of a pet waste removal company, I understand the importance of having a safe space for pets to get their exercise and also do their duty. My girlfriend and I have a spacious back yard which is perfect for our German Shepherd to run around and play in. We often invite our friend’s doggos to come enjoy it with ours as well.

Pawsitively Spacious Woodland | Just off I-235

Conveniently located 0.5 mile off I-235, we have a beautiful 1-acre wooded spot for our dog friends to run & play! It's a hidden gem tucked away from the hustle and bustle of urban life. It is fully fenced (4-ft chain link) with 2 private entry gates. Lots of open grass with some gentle hills and trees. There’s a concrete pad for off street parking next to the Little Free Library. One of the entry gates is located down a grass pathway from the parking area. The other is located from our private residence. A garbage can and extra pet waste bags are provided on site. There are even some toys and dog treats! Seating is located on site as well. There is no running water or restrooms on site so please plan accordingly! Also, please DO NOT SMOKE/VAPE or consume DRUGS/ALCOHOL while on the premises. Thanks and we hope you enjoy our private dog park!

Big private partially fenced open area behind house that backs up to a small creek Located just 2 minutes off main bypass 35/80 between Ankeny and Des Moines. Just under 2 acres and Feels like country in the city. Very safe neighborhood!!! Bring your dog by For a visit! They’ll love the open space to run and chase rabbits, squirrels and birds! 🐕 🐶 🐩 🦴 they’ll enjoy trails, tall and short grass and partially fenced full acre+ to run. We do have 8 chickens 🐓 on property now, that will be securely cooped up out of sight/view during visit🐾

Hello we are Tyler and Cody! We have a large yard with a hill. We have a deck for humans or a picnic table down with the dogs to relax. We have two dogs (Cooper and Morty) who are 25ish lbs and love to play. They have all their shots but also they are just fine staying inside while you enjoy time with your pups!
