Additional rules

Maximum 2 guests per dog. Please clean up after every visit. No diving on the pool for guests using it. Dogs are required to have vests if not trained to swim. Always have dogs attended at all time especially around and inside the pool. Absolutely no alcohol and drugs on site. Someone is at the house to enforce rules. Please make sure that we are present during day of booking.

I have a large space that I am sure a dog will love to run in. In the winter, post rain, it can get VERY muddy back there. Years of dogs running around has torn up a lot of the ground cover and it's now just dirt, which becomes mud in the winter. In the summer, the "grass" (more weeds than actual grass) gets very dry. There are some burrs due to the dryness so if your dog has longer fur they might get some attached to them. I do my best to weed the weeds that produce them, but there still might be some. It's a fairly large open space with a longer run on the side. Also, I want to note that in the back of the property the fence is lower, around 4/4.5 feet (the rest of the yard is at least 6 feet), so if your dog is a good jumper, this could be an issue.
