Host Rules
After having some issues with guests last summer we no longer allow children or anyone under 18. If you have any questions or concerns about this please message us. 1. Please clean up after your dogs 2. If your dog cannot swim, please bring a life vest for them 3. Do not leave dogs by the pool unattended for their safety. 4. No alcohol 5. No more than 2 people per dog Someone is at the house at all times and rules will be enforced. If the rules are not followed you will be asked to leave and refunded for your booking.

Picking fruit or vegetable etc. is off the limit. Drinking water for animals is provided in various containers throughout the property. Please do not turn on or use any water equipment on our property - we had some serious problems in the past because of this. Please clean up after your dog’s “business” - smile. That’s a serious and mandatory request. Poop bags are available in the plastic box with the other dog gear, but please bring your own backup supply just in case and do not leave the poop bags behind. BROWN garbage can is in the front of the house by the street for your convenience. Thank you! Woof woof! 🌸 Note: in the rainy season we might not change the water for dogs because it’s senseless. Please arrive always with your own supply of water - rain or shine - and if it’s raining you might like to wear rain boots as well. Have fun!
