Welcome! Tucked away in downtown Antioch is a hidden one-acre paradise where dogs can run, sniff, zoom, dig, splash, and play to their heart's content. 🐾 For the Dogs: I have a feeling you're going to love this backyard. It's a full acre of fenced-in freedom, hidden behind the houses like a secret playground. There's plenty of open space for epic zoomies, mature trees that are almost certainly hiding squirrels, and even a special corner where digging is enthusiastically encouraged. If you visit after a good rain, you might discover a muddy little spot that's perfect for rolling around and getting dirty (you're welcome.) No rain? No problem. Cool off in the doggy splash pad instead. Of course, you'll also find plenty of other toys waiting for you, like tennis balls, frisbees, and those squeaky toys you love to throw into the air (you know the ones). For the Humans: While your pup burns off some energy, you can enjoy a surprisingly peaceful and serene backyard, especially considering it's only a half block off Main Street in downtown Antioch. In the middle of the yard you'll find our old chicken house. It retired from raising chickens years ago and really just sits there looking cute. But it does have a little patio with chairs, a basket of dog toys, and a water spigot with fresh water for thirsty pups. 🌳 The Property: Our property is located just north of Sequoit Creek Park and the Antioch Public Library, only a half block off Main Street. The backyard is fully fenced and has convenient, direct access from the driveway. Guests have two dedicated parking spaces in the large circular driveway, set well away from the house. The yard is usually quiet and peaceful. Occasionally, the neighbors' two friendly dogs may be outside. They sometimes bark to say hello, but they stay securely on their own property. ❤️ Thanks for Visiting! I'm new to Sniffspot and excited to share this special space with other dog lovers. 1. Please pick up after your dog! Poop bags are provided and you'll find a garbage can just outside the gate. 2. If you turn on the water spigot, please make sure it's turned off before you leave. 3. Please return dog toys to the toy box. 4. Both gates must remain securely closed at all times. 5. Only park in the guest parking spots. Do not park in the circle, street or in front of the garage.
