***Charges are in USD*** ** we will be closed from January to March ** This is a 1.5 acre field that is perfect for off-leash and distraction free time with your dogs! This space provides apt enrichment for dogs of all ages. The space offers a combination of grassy fields, small wooded area, and a small pond for dogs to run and explore. There is a seating area and garbage bin for owners to use. This Sniffspot provides your dog the opportunity to just be a dog! When you book a visit you will be the only person on the property, so there is no risk of distractions caused by other people or animals. Please park in front of the big gates and enter the park through the green gate to the left. If you have a new pup that is having recall problems, or you have a reactive dog, this is a perfect stress-free environment for them to enjoy. They will be able to run and play without risk of getting too far, or seeing another dog. We also offer an assortment of agility equipment. Please set it up and return it near the trees at the end of your visit. We offer a discount to anyone with foster dogs, please reach out for details. Please note that the app uses USD, so expect a 30% increase due to the exchange rate. There are some burrs on the hill under the trees. Limited Availability ***IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD*** Welcome! This is a private rental, when you book you are the only one in the space. We have three areas for you to enjoy, all are fully fenced and are included in the rental price. We have a fully fenced acre of woods with a trail that goes through to explore. It is accessed through the gate in the backyard. We also have a front yard and deep backyard, great for running, fetch and recall training. The yard is 1.5 acres and also fully fenced. During the summer you have access to two seating areas including a picnic table, gazebo for shade (seasonally) a 30 foot tether is also available if you would like to have your dog stay beside you while you relax. During the winter, paths are plowed in both yards and in the woods within 3-5 hours of a significant snowfall. Hard packed snow and mild weather can create icy sections on the property, we put down sand and pet safe ice melt on the trails to help. Feel free to contact us for trail conditions before booking. All dog breeds welcome, reactive dogs welcome.

A cleared unfenced area fronted by a dirt road (minimal traffic), a large unkept field with long grass on one side, trees and bush at the rear and a driveway on the other side. There is shade to sit with table and chairs. Kiddie pool, drinking water, and toys for the pups. If they are diggers, that’s no problem.
