Description

We live just outside of Davidson county about 18 miles from the middle of downtown. We are about 25 minutes from Green Hills and West Nashville. We have an enormous front yard which is fenced one one side. The property on that side does have dogs. Our yard spreads across the creek where we have a garden and a fire pit with 14 seats. We have ample firewood. The yard is not lit at night but there are spotlights on the house and tiki torches and lights on the bridge to the fire pit. We also have a shaded lawn in the back of the house. There are multiple seating areas in the front and back yard. We have a hose in the front and back as well. I can also turn on the water to the fire pit area if needed. We do have a creek, but it is dry unless there is a big rain. Also, the pond is at the end of the creek, right at the street. It’s pretty muddy, but please feel free to let your pup use it if you think they can be kept from the street. There is no fencing in this area. We have a large gravel parking area by the house and you are also welcome to park along the driveway if it is dry. Please do not park directly in front of the white seating area with red cushions as this is our septic area, but anywhere else is fine. We also have a grill, porch seating and a few outdoor dining areas.

Bring Your Pup to Play! 🐶🌳 2-Acre Dog-Friendly Fun! 12 Minutes from Downtown Nashville

Fully Fenced

2 acres

Looking for a safe, open space for your dog to run, sniff, and play their heart out? Come visit our 2-acre property, where we’re sharing the front 2-acre yard just for you and your furry best friend! 🐾 This wide-open, grassy space is paw-fect for fetch, training, or just soaking up the sun. It’s private, peaceful, and perfect for some off-leash freedom (as long as your pup listens 😉). 🧸 We’ve got a toy box full of fun items your pup is welcome to use, and we’ll also have fresh water available so your dog can stay hydrated during playtime! 🚨 A quick heads up: We do have some friendly chickens living in the back. They’ll be safely inside their coop, but we kindly ask that all activities stay in the front yard only to keep our feathered friends safe and stress-free. 🐔 Whether you’re working on leash skills or just want to let your dog run wild (in the best way), we’d love to have you! Feel free to bring your own toys, treats, and good vibes too. Book your pup’s playdate today! 🐕💨

Our shaded yard has two separate fenced in areas. The front yard may be better for smaller dogs. The rest of the yard is better for larger dogs. I work from home as a massage therapist so I ask for dog park guests to please park on Wayne Drive and come through the side gate.

Kayla's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Nashville

It’s a fully fenced backyard in a beautiful neighborhood with ample street parking. Big enough to throw a ball as far as you can (if you’re me haha) & it’s still inside the fence. The grass gets cut every 2.5-3 ish weeks so the grass may be taller or shorter depending on where you fall during that timeframe. If you’re looking at the house from the street, the best place to enter is the left side, both sides of the fence has doors, left is just easier to open. hope you & your fur babies have the best time!
