Welcome to Brockett Bark Park! 🐾 Friends have told us our backyard feels like a small city park: a fully fenced 1.2 acre property lined with trees that provide lots of shade and privacy. It's rare to find a spot like this so close to the city! There's lots of room here for activity—whether your fur-babies like to roam and sniff all the smells, find and chew on endless sticks, play long distance fetch (with our handy chuck-it), or just get some serious exercise running at full speed up and down the hill. We have two large breed dogs ourselves (an Australian Shepherd and a Great Pyrenees) and this yard is their happy place! Our Pyr is a rescue who can't be off leash or go to dog parks, so our property is the only space where he's free to be himself. And when we recently discovered Sniffspot, we wanted to offer the same opportunity for other doggos like him. No pup should be kept from the joys of life because of what they've been through! Our home is super easy to find/access and we have plenty of private (off-street) parking available, making it an ideal space to meet up for playdates. Kick back and relax while your dog gets to run wild through the woods. We are a historic stone cabin set on a National Wildlife Habitat. A little slice of nature, right in the city! We welcome groups, as long as all dogs are appropriately accounted for. Bring a picnic, grab a slice at Fellini's down the street, feel free to hang while your dog plays! FYI: Yard is heavily wooded, and at a steep incline. Sturdy shoes are recommend if you'd like to join your dog up the hill. Think of it like a fully fenced, off-leash nature hike! "Paws On Parkwood" is a small 1 acre fully fenced field at the front of our property. This field is shared with our goats, all goats have been hand raised and will be in their dedicated area at the time of your visit. This area is fully fenced and has areas of trees, maintained grass, unmaintained grass (goat feed) and patch type woods along the property line. Pull into the driveway and park in front of the "Parking" sign that will be on the right, close to the house. To enter the field, follow the driveway halfway back down the driveway to the gate with the "Paws On Parkwood" sign.

Great backyard that is maintained for dogs of all sizes - ours range from 15-70 pounds. Some areas are still under improvement, but it's always a fun and safe space.

Fence backyard that is spacious, with sturdy fencing all around to ensure the safety of the dogs. It’s landscaped with grassy areas for running and playing fetch, along with shaded spots for resting. Overall, it’s a haven for pups to socialize, exercise, and have a great time! When you’re looking at the house from the front, the entrance is to the left. The trashcan is at the side of the house just before the entrance. Please clean up after your pet! Thank you in advance 🙏🏼

Fully fenced backyard available for pups of all sizes! There is both chain link and privacy fencing around the property, and gates on both sides of the house. I have a Doberman puppy, Cosmo, who loves nothing more than playing outside. I wanted to give that experience to other pups who may not have that chance as well! This property sits in .3 acres, with mostly flat ground (except the small hill) and grass (no turf). I have plenty of dog toys available, from frisbees to chuck its! I even have a splash pool and agility tunnel that can be set up upon request! I work from home so I am able to help if there are any questions or concerns. Wifi is available and works well the closer you are to the house. Details are provided upon booking. We have lights available closer to the house.

As we become more familiar with hosting. We will add a kiddie pool and have a smaller fenced in area for smaller dogs. ALSo some human treats !!

1 acre fully fenced, encircles building..parking gate may be shut for added security. Our resident dog required whipworm treatment recently, so a quad monthly preventative such as sentinel or interceptor is highly suggested prior to visit for all.
