55Cirrus loved exploring the secure backyard and playing with all the included toys. This Sniffspot has a HUUGE backyard, enough for any dog to stretch their legs. We felt it was very private and quiet too for a busy Wednesday evening! Would definitely book again!
55The fenced backyard is just as described! The location + parking is very easy to navigate. I felt comfortable letting my pup roam and be free. Thanks for sharing y’all :)
55Ours dogs love chasing tennis balls here! It’s huge!
55Yard was huge! Puppies had a great time.
55Great place. They have everything you might need.
55We absolutely loved our visit to Brockett Bark Park! Our old girl really enjoyed running around the tidy backyard and getting to enjoy all of the new things to sniff. Highly recommend for a pup that wants some space to roam! Easy to find, simple instructions, and plenty of fun add-ons we may partake in for the future! We will definitely be back.
55Always a great time 😊
55This is a great spot with thoughtful ammenities - toys, water, plus bug spray for the humans!
55This spot had quite a bit of room for my girl Duchess to run and play. She enjoyed being in a different environment with new smells and sounds.
55Brockett park is dog heaven. My dog and her friends play non stop, chasing balls and each other while I get to Enjoy my friends without worrying about them getting out of the fence. Great place!

HOST REPORTS

Sometimes

“Most of our surrounding neighbors have dogs, but they usually stay indoors. When they are outside, they're kept in separate enclosures and will never be directly on the other side of our fence. But there may be times where you can see or hear other dogs from our property. We also have two dogs that will be kept inside during your stay. And while they normally stay out of sight and earshot, you may occasionally hear them bark from inside.”

HOST REPORTS

Sometimes

“The path down to the back yard has a hill, so make sure you can physically navigate it without trouble. We also live on a pretty public road (which rarely gets congested, even during high traffic hours) but you can't hear or see much traffic from the backyard. We always try to stay out of sight when guests are here, but you may catch a glimpse of us (or one of our two kids) every once in a while!”

Description

Welcome to Brockett Bark! 🐾 Friends have told us our backyard feels like a small city park: a fully fenced 1.2 acre property lined with trees that provide lots of shade and privacy. It's rare to find a spot like this so close to the city! There's lots of room here for activity—whether your fur-babies like to roam and sniff all the smells, find and chew on endless sticks, play long distance fetch (with our handy chuck-it), or just get some serious exercise running at full speed up and down the hill. We have two large breed dogs ourselves (an Australian Shepherd and a Great Pyrenees) and this yard is their happy place! Our Pyr is a rescue who can't be off leash or go to dog parks, so our property is the only space where he's free to be himself. And when we discovered Sniffspot, we wanted to offer the same opportunity for other doggos like him. No pup should be kept from the joys of life because of what they've been through! Our home is super easy to find/access and we have plenty of private (off-street) parking available, making it an ideal space to meet up for playdates. Check out our profile for more info about our accessibility and amenities, and feel free to reach out with any questions! First time guests get an extra $2 off! Code: brockettbark. You can also save up to 42% off as a member!

Hazards

HOST NOTE

The walk down to the back yard has a hill incline that can get muddy if it rains. **If you have accessibility issues, we do not recommend booking.**

Hi there! Welcome to my backyard. I hope you and your pups enjoy their time here. My yard is fairly rustic. There will be some seating and also poop bags and a trashcan will be available. I don’t have any toys right now, but I may add some in the future. Please be mindful of any kudzu vines or exposed tree roots. Depending on when you visit, please be mindful that there might be a few muddy spots so wear appropriate shoes. It’s very shady with all the trees. Please no smoking, alcohol or glass bottles. Thank you!
