Description

Hi there! Welcome to my backyard. I hope you and your pups enjoy their time here. My yard is fairly rustic. There will be some seating and also poop bags and a trashcan will be available. I don’t have any toys right now, but I may add some in the future. Please be mindful of any kudzu vines or exposed tree roots. Depending on when you visit, please be mindful that there might be a few muddy spots so wear appropriate shoes. It’s very shady with all the trees. Please no smoking, alcohol or glass bottles. Thank you!

Additional rules

Poop bags are provided as well as a trash bin. Please pick up any poop and place in trash. It would be greatly appreciated. :) Feel free to access the deck, but be careful on the stairs. I do not provide toys so if you want to play fetch or anything like that, you would need to bring your own balls, etc. Water for the dogs will be provided via a hose and bowl. Please rinse out the bowl before you leave and lean against wall. Also, make sure the gate is securely closed when you leave. Thank you!

Welcome to Brockett Bark! 🐾 Friends have told us our backyard feels like a small city park: a fully fenced 1.2 acre property lined with trees that provide lots of shade and privacy. It's rare to find a spot like this so close to the city! There's lots of room here for activity—whether your fur-babies like to roam and sniff all the smells, find and chew on endless sticks, play long distance fetch (with our handy chuck-it), or just get some serious exercise running at full speed up and down the hill. We have two large breed dogs ourselves (an Australian Shepherd and a Great Pyrenees) and this yard is their happy place! Our Pyr is a rescue who can't be off leash or go to dog parks, so our property is the only space where he's free to be himself. And when we discovered Sniffspot, we wanted to offer the same opportunity for other doggos like him. No pup should be kept from the joys of life because of what they've been through! Our home is super easy to find/access and we have plenty of private (off-street) parking available, making it an ideal space to meet up for playdates.
