Genuine, Private Parklike Paradise in Chardon ~ ONE FULLY FENCED ACRE ~ Secluded

We are located on a no outlet street in Munson (Chardon), Ohio. Our home has several acres; one acre is securely fenced in with a combination of decorative fencing and chain link. All of the gates have an extra "lock" in order to secure they are latched while closed. The base of the fence is routinely inspected for gaps or escape routes and every measure is taken in order to make sure all dogs remain within the fenced in area. The space has a combination of open grass, wooded areas and even trails for dogs and their owners to explore while visiting my spot. The humans may sit on the seating by the woods, the "ice cream bench" slider, the furniture on the deck or the benches around the fire pit. Bags and/or a a pooper scooper are provided for waste. We kindly ask our guests to treat our property with respect. Owners must remain on the premises with their dog(s) at all times. Fresh Water is provided for each visit; the bowl is cleaned and sanitized before each visit. Please adhere to your reserved time, as sometimes I have back-to-back bookings and have my own dogs I schedule accordingly. Thank you for visiting my private park!

It is a place for them to run, romp, sniff, play, fetch and make memories. You'll enjoy the freedom and beauty of the outdoors. It's a spot to get away from it all with your dog and have fun! This is a fully fenced backyard with beautiful green grass and a small cement area for a fire pit. There is a fully furnished deck and in the warmer weather there would be access to water. There may be driveway parking but there is always street parking directly across from the house.
