“we may be home and we have occasional car traffic past the house as there is another home on the lane. this is a family farm, so everyone on the lane is family. as a dog lover, i would love to meet your pet, but absolutely will not unless you give permission in advance.”

At that point nothing is mowed until August to promote nesting and wildlife habitat. There are no houses visible from this location. A road runs along the property, but if you follow the creek you can easily stay 500-1000 feet off the road. Your dog will be free to roam, swim in the creek, dig all it wants with no worry of hurting anything, go to the bathroom freely in the wild. I trained Labrador retrievers for 16 years, and would love to help with retrieval skills if requested.
