55Quiet country escape! Large and well maintained property set back far enough from the road that it was very safe even though it's not fenced; I had no worries... it's very secluded and hardly any cars on the rural road. Lots of room to roam, run and swim. Big open yard and field for zoomies, shady wooded trail (watch out for poison ivy though!) with views of the water and a huge grassy slope behind the house with access to the crystal clear stream. The attentive owner gave us a thorough tour and answered all my questions. Jake loved playing fetch and swimming in the river, while Luna was a little distracted by scents of wildlife that ignited her high prey drive! The owner's dog was tucked away safely in the house and my reactive dogs never noticed her. There was a nearby rabbit hutch that was quite a distraction for Luna. Overall, it was a little bit of a long drive for us but well worth the trip to enjoy the peace and quiet of this paradise while letting the dogs romp around worry-free! We'll definitely be back!
