Outside of these guidelines you’ll be required to pay for the items authentic replacement regardless of the condition of the damaged goods. The current damaged goods outside of the guidelines will be taken with you when you leave as they now are your personal property as previously stated above. I found Herman in a box up against a store with 3 other puppies around the middle of November 2023 at around 8 weeks old. Then shortly after Christmas of 2024 I found Lilith in a parking lot in a bush I almost didn’t hear her whimpering. i caught it just before my car door closed as i was about to get gay on the road. After all she was halfway across the parking lot hiding in the middle of what I think was the only shrubbery within a .5 mile radius or so. She was so small. I reach in with a small pice of the beef jerky i was eating so to draw her in to pick her up i notice she was covered in something and her coat look mangy. As i was picking her up i started to look around to see who she belonged to but once i saw her current condition that who ever owned her and treats a little baby like this does not deserve to have her. They would have to get a court order for me to even consider that for even a second. At first I was a little hesitant on keeping her because I wasn’t sure how they would get along but took her home gave her a bath and a nice big meal then came the introduction which went reasonably well. Set up an appointment with my vet but they couldn’t get her in for about a week. During her appointment the doctor said that she couldn’t be any older than 3 maybe 4 weeks old. But she is happy and very healthy. The 2 of them are almost inseparable theses days

We LOVE sharing our space with multiple dogs from the community however, it is hard on the grass. To decrease traffic we have increased our pricing because the grass is struggling with wear/tear. If you have a history of using our yard we want your dog to still get to come play! So please send a message & we will send you a discount code. We just need to start planning for planting grass etc. With the fluctuation in weather please be aware: If outdoor parks are wet and muddy ~ areas of our yard will be also. We cannot control the effects of rain. Please always use the provided carabiner to lock the gate as pictured after you and your dog(s) enter. We have installed multiple methods of LIGHTING for evening reservations. Easy instructions for use will be sent when you make the reservation. We do have a SHADE/RAIN SHELTER! :) PARKING: One FREE private parking space located at the entrance from the alley at the back of the lot. Since some guests were having a tough time with the parking space, we did WIDEN the entrance. We park 2 Honda CRV's back there daily without issue. Fully fenced 6 foot secure and private green space. Large open lot with seating and plenty of room to play fetch or just relax off leash. Easy street parking, no permit required. Any Extras will be located in the storage bin on the east wall of the lot.
