Description

We have a 1 acre fully fenced in yard out in the country but 3 miles from interstate 81. We have no neighs and we are back off the road. See you and your dogs will have full privacy. You will need front wheel drive or four-wheel-drive to make it up our driveway there don’t worry it’s not that bad😊 we have many kids toys to play with plus a trampoline, tree house , slide, and soon we are installing a zip line. can’t wait to meet you and your doggies:)

I will provide waste bags for your dogs when they go number two please use the scooper provided and put your dogs dropping in the bag:) your kids are welcome to come with you and play with our toys outside. You will need front wheel drive or 4wd to get up our driveway 😊 we have a female Saint Bernard and a male Yorkie both are dog and people friendly but we can put them up if you prefer. Can’t wait to meet you and your doggies

This spot is 50+ acres of open fields and forest, non-residential, with a mountain stream along the western border, and a 1/4 acre farm pond. There are no pets or livestock on the property, so if your dog likes to run free and fast, this is the place for adventure. There are some trails through the woods, seasonal berry picking, a water hydrant with public water, and shelters with an indoor bathroom if needed. The land also hosts our sawmill and lumber kiln as well as a mechanic shop leased to a friend, but most of the land is open for exploration. There is a gravel/dirt road that loops around the property, but is not recommended for low clearance vehicles. Plenty of parking anywhere along the loop. Squirrels and wild rabbits to chase!
