🐾 Max’s Run Luxury Dog Resort 🐾 A special place made for dogs and their people to relax, play, and enjoy the outdoors together. Whether your pup loves to run through open fields, splash in the pond, or explore wooded trails, there’s something here for everyone to enjoy. Please take a moment to read through the information below to help make your visit safe and fun! If a date and time you are interested in is blocked, message me we may be able to work things out! About the property: 4 acres are completely fenced with square goat fencing. Please keep this in mind if you have smaller dogs such as Chihuahuas. 1.5 acres of peaceful wooded area with groomed walking trails for exploring. Please be aware that, as with any natural wooded environment, there may be uneven ground, tree roots, sticks, fallen branches, rocks, insects, poison ivy, mushrooms and other natural outdoor hazards. A ⅓-acre pond for dogs who love to splash and swim during the summer heat. The shallower side of the pond is near the bridge, with water starting at about 1 foot deep and gradually sloping to around 5 feet at the deepest end 2 acres of open fields perfect for running, chasing balls, and stretching those legs. 1 acre near the house is not fenced

Private & Secluded Park with Trails * Open Grass * Woods ~ ONE FULLY FENCED ACRE

We are located on a no outlet street in Munson (Chardon), Ohio. Our home has several acres; one acre is securely fenced in with a combination of decorative fencing and chain link. All of the gates have an extra "lock" in order to secure they are latched while closed. The base of the fence is routinely inspected for gaps or escape routes and every measure is taken in order to make sure all dogs remain within the fenced in area. The space has a combination of open grass, wooded areas and even trails for dogs and their owners to explore while visiting my spot. If you walk around the perimeter five times; you walked about one mile! The humans may sit on the seating by the woods, the "ice cream bench" slider, the furniture on the deck or the benches around the fire pit. Bags and/or a a pooper scooper are provided for waste. We kindly ask our guests to treat our property with respect. Owners must remain on the premises with their dog(s) at all times. Fresh Water is provided for each visit; the bowl is cleaned and sanitized before each visit. Please adhere to your reserved time, as sometimes I have back-to-back bookings and have my own dogs I schedule accordingly. Thank you for visiting my private park! NOTE: If you see a time blocked and you "really" need that time; please feel free to message me. Sometimes, I have to block certain time slots because I cannot have a lot of guests during a designated time because of my work, etc. However, I am always willing to accommodate my guests, especially, my regular visitors! We are going to be a closed for a few days in mid-October in order to make some improvements to our spot, including - more defined trails and new benches for the fire pit! Private Pond Pooch Paradise

Winter conditions as of 2/5/26: about a foot of snow, ground is frozen, no mud, wear boots, dress warm, your dog will love it! Some paths were plowed to knock down the snow height, path in woods plowed. Our property sits 1200+ feet off of the main road and is a total of 28 acres. There are neighboring properties that are 50 acres and 80 acres so no close homes in most directions. We are located approximately 1 mile from West Branch State Park. The property has a clean swimming pond, a walkable forest area with some established trails that are currently covered with leaves. We are a working farm with about 8 acres of crops. There is a large 3 acre wheat field in the front great for ball throwing. The remaining non crop acres are walking paths with some cut grass and yard. We do not have any livestock but our neighbors have cows. There is a secure fence on one side of our property that keeps the cows in their pasture. They’ve never visited us! Neighboring properties are also farms with over 100 acres of open land, woods and crops surrounding our property with no main or visible roads. You can see houses on one side of the property and that’s where the cows live! They have dogs but they’ve never visited us. We do have 2 well behaved German Shorthaired Pointers named River and Remmy who run freely on the property. However we will keep them inside when guests use the property. We have a bench to sit on in a shaded area around the pond for relaxing. The woods are beautiful to walk about as well. There is a large rock in the woods to take a rest on with an amazing ravine creek view. Our property is large and not fenced so dogs with impeccable recall should enjoy the freedom to play, run, swim, sniff and explore. Leashed walks are also welcome. Long leads can also be used. Because we are so far off of any main roads you will feel comfortable here! Your pups are welcome to swim in the pond during your visit. During recent rains our property stays mainly dry and the woods are relatively dry as well as there are many leaves covering the ground. In the winter when the ground is frozen it’s a beautiful walk.

My fully fenced in backyard is the perfect spot for your dog to run around and stretch their legs!! Three large maple trees provide shade, a kiddie pool is available (and hose nearby to fill if I am not home and it is empty), and Adirondack chairs and a hammock to relax and listen to the birds. If your dogs are friendly and looking to make new friends, my Weimaraners Cherish and Maverick would love to play and meet them! Otherwise happy to ensure my dogs are inside and out of sight while you visit. Neighbors have two friendly dogs that are also fenced in on their side, they may be out at their fence to say hello. They also have chickens that free range behind the backyard so you may see them around! Poop bags and toys available upon request! Reservations cannot be guaranteed if made within one hour of booking as I may not be home to secure my dogs inside. Please try to allow at least 6 hours prior to making a reservation.
