Welcome to our private 2-acre country lawn just outside Brockville! This spacious, open grassy area offers plenty of room for dogs to run, play, sniff, and explore in a peaceful rural setting. The property is located beside our home and provides a quiet environment away from busy streets and crowded parks. Perfect for off-leash exercise, training sessions, or simply enjoying quality outdoor time with your dog. Ample parking is available, and guests are asked to respect the property and clean up after their pets.

We have three areas for you to enjoy, all are fully fenced and are included in the rental price. We have a fully fenced acre of woods with a trail that goes through to explore. It is accessed through the gate in the backyard. We also have a front yard and deep backyard, great for running, fetch and recall training. The yard is 1.5 acres and also fully fenced. During the summer you have access to two seating areas including a picnic table, gazebo for shade (seasonally) a 30 foot tether is also available if you would like to have your dog stay beside you while you relax. During the winter, paths are plowed in both yards and in the woods within 3-5 hours of a significant snowfall. Hard packed snow and mild weather can create icy sections on the property, we put down sand and pet safe ice melt on the trails to help. Feel free to contact us for trail conditions before booking. All dog breeds welcome, reactive dogs welcome.

It is a working farm, so there are horses in the paddock, and in hay season the fields are quite tall (with paths) and the tractor will be out more often.
