55Was a great spot with plenty of space to roam and play. Water, toys and map were helpful!! We will be back.
55The pups had fun! Nice secluded spot with easy entrance. Water bowl and dog treats supplied. Some hilly trails to get a little exercise but not too steep.
55Good Sniffspot! Lots of things to sniff, easy to get around.
55This was a wonderful wooded area. Plenty room for the dogs to run off energy and use those noses. It’s a perfect trail, if done twice takes about an hour. We walked slow and enjoyed the peaceful bit of paradise. Dogs slept all day when we got home. Thank you for sharing your fabulous bit of Heaven. Sue
55such a fun experience. the dogs were thrilled to be there. the land was beautiful and well taken care of. this was a perfect experience. exactly what we all needed. thank you!!
55My dog had a blast here! It’s a large, secluded property with lots of great “sniffs”. The trails are nice and wide and although we were able to walk them in under 30 minutes there was so much for my dog to explore that we walked around several times while he sniffed out different portions of each trail. He was completely worn out within an hour. As other reviews have indicated the fencing is not all the way around and there are gaps in some areas of the fencing. However, the property is so secluded it wasn’t a problem for us but if your dog is prone to wonder without a good recall, I would suggest a long lead line. Overall, this is a great spot at a reasonable price and is worth the drive. I’ve added it to our favorites.
55My golden retriever Lucy and I had a great time at this property today. There was plenty of room for her to run and explore.
55Just as described. Map and toys and water available. My dog doesn't have good recall so we went on long leash to explore and practice skills. Great paths and lots for the dogs to use their nose on! Although I think my toddler loved the space the most! We will be back.
55We had a great time here. It was our very first time sniffing and we are hooked. The property is exactly how described. There was a map and other helpful things left in a box for us to use so I felt comfortable roaming the property. We will be visiting again. Thankyou
55Host is extremely nice and very accommodating. Property is quiet and peaceful, perfect for our dog who doesn’t do other people/dogs. The map of the property provided was a great touch, I wish some of the other larger sniff spots provided something similar. Don’t worry if you forgot toys, water or treats the host has a bin with water a bowl, some taste treats, a tennis ball gun and a water spigot with a hose next to it. Even though it is an hour away, we will keep this one on our list to repeat. Thank you for a great Saturday in the sun with our dogs.

Location

Description

The property is multi level with many 7ft wide trails, secluded wooded surroundings with open space on property. This property has some oddities such as a run down trailer and old school busses that were on the property when I purchased it as a foreclosure. I have been working on improving the property since I purchased it but as of now these oddities remain. They are not to be entered in from guests as they are very run down. The land itself is beautiful and my dogs love running around and playing find the ball. Details about off limit areas will be provided before visiting and you may see wild deer and bunnies as they do roam the land at times.

Cleanliness

100% of guests said this spot was as clean as expected during their visit.

Hazards

Blackberry bushes.

Choose your path—be it the left or right entrance—and meander down Flying Horse Lane to The Landing Pad, where trails weave into playful circles perfect for a game of ‘Hide and Go Seek’ or a chase. At the heart of our forest, the Madhatter trail invites you to a serene creek, a secret haven within our partially fenced sanctuary. Our land, a tapestry of fences, natural barriers, cliffs, and creeks, is a safe haven for play. Once trodden by horses, these trails have been lovingly reclaimed from invasive brush and dead trees, now safe for paws and feet alike. Wonderlane isn’t just a place; it’s an experience—a Sniffspot designed with your dog’s joy in mind. While they dash through wood chips and Pacific Northwest duff, you’ll marvel at the sight of a 20-acre forested wetland, a living painting of nature’s grandeur. Though some wildlife is a rare sight, the forest is alive with the songs of thrushes, grosbeaks, and a host of other birds, Majestic American Bald Eagles are seen here. Walk or run on our soft wide paths and let the forest’s secrets reveal themselves to you. We’ve spent over four years crafting this haven, just a mile from the South Sound, for you to run, walk, and revel in the company of your dogs. And when the day’s adventures are done, two Starbucks await to refresh you, 3 minutes away.
