Description

This spot has a nice covered porch with seating. There is a grill area with seating, grill and fridge. Also a water hose if needed. There's a fireplace that you can take chairs from grill area to and enjoy a warm up if you've brought wood to burn.

Additional rules

Behind the garage is an area that has a privacy fence and it is off limits. You may use the small fridge and grill but please clean up after yourself when finished. There are some cooking utensils in the draws but no paper goods. Do not let your babies chew or dig up plants while here. You are welcome to eat fruits you see outside and use the hose.
