I love Sniffspot bc I always had a rough time with my Rottweiler who can be reactive to other dogs in public parks. So I would always rent out backyards to take her and she would have the best peaceful time ever! So I want people to feel that peace as well here in our backyard!

The property consists of two properties at the end of a private drive at the end of a deadend street which is adjacent to a huge forest (>1000+ acres) which is bordered by the property, railroad tracks, Tanyard Creek and Lake Allatoona to the north so it is very secluded and private and you can let your dogs run as much as they want. There is a hiking trail which could easily take you >30 minutes to the complete which we have marked. There is plenty of parking between the two homes. Please keep your dogs leashed while in the parking lot, but once you enter the forest, you can let your dogs run.
