Description

2 acres of private space to enjoy with your family. Also a bed n breakfast with 2 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms, with a gym and 3 tanning beds. There’s Private parking, a 200 ft zipline over our creek, and a pool with a diving board. Very peaceful environment and minutes from the turnpike.

KEEP LEASHED AT ALL TIMES. Please pick up after your pups and dispose of trash in receptacles. No parties or glass bottles around pool or hot tub. No loud music or cookouts. No parking on the grass. Just enjoy the property with your pups and tell friends and family about it.

Head to the woods for a beautiful nature walk on natural paths. You may see some wildlife such as deer, turkey, ducks, groundhogs.... even beavers in the lake. We have a spigot, hose & even towels available if your furr baby ventures into the water. Patio table and chairs available in the front yard. We will always have a bowl of water for your baby! We have almost 16 acres, just 1 mile from Canonsburg & McMurray. We have 3 separate pastures fenced in. One is where we plant our gardens, one is large & fenced in (but not escape proof), and one is about 1/2 acre. This smaller one is secure (unless your dog is very small or will dig under a fence) If you want your dog to be off leash we will ask you to use the 1/2 acre back pasture which has cattle fencing (you will access using a secure gate). If you keep your dog on the leash you’re welcome to walk him or her anywhere in our other pastures or in our woods. Before you let your dog off the leash, please inspect my fencing to be sure your dog will not be able to get out. Two chairs and a table are provided for comfort. A first aid kit, poop bags and a trash can are available. Water bowls (filled with clean water) and dog toys/balls will be available and will be sanitized after every use.
