HOST NOTE

We are an operating dog boarding facility and working cattle ranch so there may be cattle in our back pasture with the pond. The cattle are dog and human friendly. If your dogs leave them alone they will do the same. We can move the cattle to a different pasture if needed, just let us know in advance. The playground area is attached to the dog boarding facility, if we have boarders you will probably hear them barking, but they are contained inside the building when you arrive for your visit. We do have a 16ft opening in our fence at the entrance to our property that is not gated, but the rest of our property is fenced with cattle fencing or 5ft chain link.

We have a Dog Splash Pad that may be used for your entire visit for $10 total for any amount of dogs.

Grill and grilling utensils will be provided on the covered patio of the playground area to have a cookout.

Overnight Camping25 credits

You may tent camp on our property for an additional $25.00 fee This will commence at the start of your stay through the following morning at 9am. When booking the spot, pick a time frame for your Sniffspot play (2 hours, etc) then book the extra and let us know you will be camping after your visit so we can block out the time on our calendar for other bookings. WE DO NOT PROVIDE THE TENT.

Maximum of four vehicles per visit. Maximum Humans 8. (If you are bringing up to 8 dogs, maximum humans will be 8) Please close all gates when leaving the property. Our property is a working cattle ranch and there can be cattle on the 20 acre pasture with pond. The cattle are human and dog friendly and may approach you thinking you have feed. If you feel your dog(s) may be reactive to them, with enough notice, we can move them to an adjoining pastures. Please make sure all gates are closed when leaving the pasture. Our property is fully fenced with livestock fence, with the exception of a 16ft opening at our entrance. There could be areas where very small dogs could get through the fence. We have several cattle gates as well that a small dog can get through. To insure keeping a small dog contained, the 1/2 acre playground area is fenced with a 5ft chain link specifically to contain any dog.

Plenty of sniffing, running and barking on our 22 acres of fun! Bring a picnic lunch to enjoy on the huge patio with comfy seating, tables and fire pit. We also have a large fenced "playground" area with obstacles and a Splash Pad!!!
