55Nice little spot! Clean and well kept.
45This was a great spot for our 2 dogs! Plenty of room to run, great shade, and seating options for humans. Our dogs were so happy to have a space to smell & run that’s away from their distractions. If you have a smaller dog, watch them by the back gate - our smaller dog got close to fitting through the side. I had to take a star off of my review because we were approached by a woman on the property without invitation by us. The listing said that humans would be kept away from the sniffspot area. I felt uncomfortable and my dogs were scared by this.
55This area was perfect! We're a military family in the middle of a move and living out of a hotel means the pups are cooped up so this was a great spot for them to let loose and burn off some energy. I also love being able to have the spot all to ourselves because our dogs can be a bit reactive.

We have built a Small Dog park here on our land. fenced in and double gated. The spot is 50ft. x 150ft. grassed with trees. There is also a wash down area for your dirty dog afterwards.
