Description

Highly desirable, secluded property in the East Mountains. Completely fenced on 3 acres with areas to separate dogs for training purposes. We are no strangers to animals that can be troublesome or timid. We offer an environment that can be tailored to each dog’s individual needs. We have a Belgian Malinois mix who is more than happy to play with and get to know your dogs if desired! Water is readily available as well as poop bags and disposal. All we ask is that you pick up after your pup and respect the property.

My side yard is 90' deep and 120" long, running along a gravel road that deadends at the riverside drain next to the Bosque. Great size to pick up the ball chucker and give your canine a run for their money, if they are a ball chaser!! If not there is the smells of literally dozens of dogs over the years, as well as a light smattering of chicken poop smell, and residual odor from daytime sqirrels and nocturnal skunks. Only enough odor for dogs, not humans! There are 2 very mature hens penned up in the chicken yard during your vsit. For humans there are lawn chairs.
