🐾 Pool Hair Policy To help keep the pool clean and enjoyable for everyone, all dogs must be thoroughly brushed before arriving, especially breeds that shed heavily. Because some shedding is unavoidable when dogs swim, all guests are required to use the last 5 minutes of their visit to skim the pool and remove any floating hair or debris before leaving. Brushing your dog beforehand makes a huge difference and helps us maintain a clean, welcoming pool for every guest. Failure to brush your dog or leaving excessive hair in the pool may result in an additional cleaning fee and could affect future bookings. My side yard is 90' deep and 120" long, running along a gravel road that deadends at the riverside drain next to the Bosque. Great size to pick up the ball chucker and give your canine a run for their money, if they are a ball chaser!! If not there is the smells of literally dozens of dogs over the years, as well as a light smattering of chicken poop smell, and residual odor from daytime sqirrels and nocturnal skunks. Only enough odor for dogs, not humans! There are 2 very mature hens penned up in the chicken yard during your vsit. For humans there are lawn chairs.
