6 ft fence all around to keep your pup within sight! 2 gated entrances on either side of the house. Handicap accessible with a small decline hill to enter the yard. Plenty of street parking available in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Chairs and shade for humans to relax on the patio! Burrs are present throughout the wooded area and may require grooming or brushing if your dog ventures there. • 💦 ½ Acre Pond with Dock – Perfect for swimming or lounging by the water • 🔒 Fully Fenced – Safe, secure, and worry-free play This was our dog’s favorite place in the world — now it’s ready for your pup to make their own happy memories! What to Expect / Rules • 🐾 Supervision Required – Please keep an eye on your pup(s) at all times. • 💦 Swimming – Dogs are welcome to enjoy the pond! Bring a towel if your pup likes to swim. • 🧹 Clean Up – Kindly pick up after your dog(s) to keep the yard safe and clean. • 🔒 Fenced Safety – Gates must be properly closed when entering and leaving. A combination of vinyl privacy fencing and chain link fencing in non-privacy areas. The perimeter is checked regularly for gaps.
