Owl Farm

This 5.4-acre property is made up of open fields, woods with trails, and a marsh. You will see all kinds of wildlife, ducks, geese, turkeys, birds of prey and every other bird you can think of...and of course owls, if you are lucky. Lots of deer use the property as well. We live here and have dogs ourselves and will always try to have them inside before guests arrive. There is a hose to wash your dog if he/she gets dirty and a cattle trough for cooling off.

We are located on a no outlet street in Munson (Chardon), Ohio. Our home has several acres; one acre is securely fenced in with a combination of decorative fencing and chain link. All of the gates have an extra "lock" in order to secure they are latched while closed. The base of the fence is routinely inspected for gaps or escape routes and every measure is taken in order to make sure all dogs remain within the fenced in area. The space has a combination of open grass, wooded areas and even trails for dogs and their owners to explore while visiting my spot. If you walk around the perimeter five times; you walked about one mile! The humans may sit on the seating by the woods, the "ice cream bench" slider, the furniture on the deck or the benches around the fire pit. Bags and/or a a pooper scooper are provided for waste. We kindly ask our guests to treat our property with respect. Owners must remain on the premises with their dog(s) at all times. Fresh Water is provided for each visit; the bowl is cleaned and sanitized before each visit. Please adhere to your reserved time, as sometimes I have back-to-back bookings and have my own dogs I schedule accordingly. Thank you for visiting my private park! NOTE: If you see a time blocked and you "really" need that time; please feel free to message me. Sometimes, I have to block certain time slots because I cannot have a lot of guests during a designated time because of my work, etc. However, I am always willing to accommodate my guests, especially, my regular visitors! We are going to be a closed for a few days in mid-October in order to make some improvements to our spot, including - more defined trails and new benches for the fire pit! Our Sniffspot is a fully fenced, private, medium-sized backyard in a quiet neighborhood, designed for calm, stress-free off-leash play. Frank's Fully Fenced Frolic

We have about an acre fully fenced and another little bit of wilderness in the back. There's tall trees for shade/sniffing and a big open field in the middle. My dog is reactive and this yard has been a great space for him to run free and we'd love to share it to give other dogs a chance to have a safe space to run too :)

Private piece of nature for your fur friends, ready to explore and get real! The Property is shaped as a rectangle, so it's wide, but the way to the water is short. It's a very short trail down to the pond starting to the right of the house, about 5 minutes, and you can also explore around the property, there's a small creek to the left of the house that connects to the pond, tho it only gets wet while/right after it rains- It's a great place for your dog to explore nature. Could get muddy after the rain, so give it 5-8 hours to dry. Pond gets really full and exciting after the rain, tho, and you'll usually find mushrooms too! If you plan on splashing in the pond - your dog will get muddy! Bring your own towel, I got the hose.

Karla's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Overlook Estates

We no longer have our beautiful rescue Marla so we are hoping other pups can take advantage of our space. We have a fully fenced backyard with beautiful green grass and a furnished deck. It gets full sun; we have umbrellas on the deck and one large tree for shade. I always try to put out water and bags, but there is a blue hose if needed. We do use an organic, pet-friendly lawn company called Ecolawn. A small section of the yard contains cultivated plants that some guests may prefer their pets not interact with. We also recently added an inflatable hot tub that we request is only used by family. Please consider whether your pup can ignore it so we don't spring a leak! There may be driveway parking but there is always street parking directly across from the house facing north and in the cul-de-sac almost directly across from our house. No Mud - No Mess!

Fenced in yard, with artificial pet safe turf! This means there is never any mud! If your dog is anything like ours, there is no mulch for them to eat either! *If your dog digs, there is no place for them here! Sorry!*

Private Pond Pooch Paradise

Winter conditions as of 2/5/26: about a foot of snow, ground is frozen, no mud, wear boots, dress warm, your dog will love it! Some paths were plowed to knock down the snow height, path in woods plowed. Our property sits 1200+ feet off of the main road and is a total of 28 acres. There are neighboring properties that are 50 acres and 80 acres so no close homes in most directions. We are located approximately 1 mile from West Branch State Park. The property has a clean swimming pond, a walkable forest area with some established trails that are currently covered with leaves. We are a working farm with about 8 acres of crops. There is a large 3 acre wheat field in the front great for ball throwing. The remaining non crop acres are walking paths with some cut grass and yard. We do not have any livestock but our neighbors have cows. There is a secure fence on one side of our property that keeps the cows in their pasture. They’ve never visited us! Neighboring properties are also farms with over 100 acres of open land, woods and crops surrounding our property with no main or visible roads. You can see houses on one side of the property and that’s where the cows live! They have dogs but they’ve never visited us. We do have 2 well behaved German Shorthaired Pointers named River and Remmy who run freely on the property. However we will keep them inside when guests use the property. We have a bench to sit on in a shaded area around the pond for relaxing. The woods are beautiful to walk about as well. There is a large rock in the woods to take a rest on with an amazing ravine creek view. Our property is large and not fenced so dogs with impeccable recall should enjoy the freedom to play, run, swim, sniff and explore. Leashed walks are also welcome. Long leads can also be used. Because we are so far off of any main roads you will feel comfortable here! Your pups are welcome to swim in the pond during your visit. During recent rains our property stays mainly dry and the woods are relatively dry as well as there are many leaves covering the ground. In the winter when the ground is frozen it’s a beautiful walk.
