To keep this a safe and happy place for everyone, please follow these simple rules: ⸻ ✅ General Rules Supervise at All Times: Dogs must be accompanied by their human at all times. No Aggressive Behavior: Please only bring dogs who are friendly or under control. No aggressive dogs allowed. Respect the Time Slot: Arrive and leave within your reserved time to avoid overlap with other guests. Hey there, I’m Katherine! I’m a high school engineering teacher by day and a toddler-wrangling, dog-cuddling, coffee-sipping chaos coordinator by… well, always! I teach at Myers Park High School and love all things creative, curious, and hands-on. When I’m not in the classroom or chasing my little one, you’ll probably find me planning our next family adventure, learning something new just for fun, or curled up at my favorite local coffee shop with a good book. My fur baby Molly is a sweet little rescue Papillon with a heart full of snuggles—seriously, she’s the queen of cozy. I’m a huge fan of rescue pets and believe they make life extra special. The one plus acre field is the area where the dogs would play/run, there are also woods they can go into, they also have access to a pond about 3/4 acre, but this would need to be discussed at first visit so you take a look and see if it is acceptable. The whole area is fenced. Five acres in total. We do have five dogs, but they would be in the house when you are visiting with your dogs, you may hear them bark, but would not see them, a separate entrance to the field is available. No traffic near by.

Lots of sniffs here as five dogs live on property, horses are along back fence and deer are always meandering around. You can park at the gate, in the driveway; no one will be coming or leaving while you are here. Enter through the small gate to the left, next to the column. This property is the front yard. It is very quiet most of the time, but it is a neighborhood, so you might be here when neighbors are doing yard work. Three things: -I have horses (Oliver and Tot - you will know which one is Tot!), your dogs will most probably bark their heads off! Not a problem, they are pretty much bark proof. -I have five dogs. They will never be outside, ever. However, you may hear them barking. I am always here and will quiet them down as best I can. -fire ants. I do not use chemicals on the lawn, so I “spot” treat the mounds. I use a white ant treatment so you can easily identify. Be mindful of them, and be careful of any I may have missed.
