Description

Conveniently located off of 250 and 29, near Stonefield. This yard features 6500 Sq. Ft of fully fenced in area. Fence is 6’ high and also dug into the ground. Water play available in-season only. Outdoor seating for humans and raised and shaded dog bed available for breaks. Fetch! Pet Care of Charlottesville offers personalized in-home pet care services from 30 min. visits to 24-hr overnight care in the client’s home. We also offer private in-home boarding. When our owner’s property is not booked for boarding, the yard is available to book for use on Sniff Spot.

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.

    My niece’s dogs and my dog had a great time! It was a clean space and the host provided clean water for the dogs and bug spray, hand sanitizer, and water for the humans :) I will definitely be booking again.

    The host met us upon arrival. The space was as advertised. Lots of places for our dog to sniff around. There were poop bags, a small garbage can, water for pup, and the host provided some water, mosquito spray and hand sanitizer for the humans. I think both my dog and toddler had a great time at this sniff spot!

When possible, daycare and boarding dogs will be taken indoors during your visit so that you and your pup can have uninterrupted time to play/work together in a quiet environment. This is not always feasible depending on the day/time of your visit and our schedule on any given day. Check in advance if your dog does not do well if they see/hear other dogs, people, or cars. The main SniffSpot is currently about 7,000 sq ft in our side field, which is perfect for running, playing fetch, working on recall and other obedience commands, and is full of smells to sniff out. You may be directed to a different spot if we NEED to use the side yard during your time slot. Coming soon: - enlarged fenced space (about 10,000 sq ft) - agility equipment - pool
